Boost for the win
I’ve tried several brands and flavors. This is the preferred one. Mother likes all 3 flavors and the texture of this shake. Good balance of nutrition and the calories help her maintain her weight. We add to her coffee to sneak in extra calories.

Lots of calories and vitamins.
My mom is 85 and has no appetite. She drinks 1 every morning for breakfast. She says it taste great and fills her up.

Great protein drink.
Good tasting, easy to drink. Great protein and calorie content. A little pricey but worth it for those needing to gain weight.

My favorite protein shake
I always had a hard time finding a protein shake I liked simply just because I’m picky and hate the taste of shakes that are overpowering with the protein taste (iykyk). However with these I had no issues with that protein taste, they’re all great but I personally love the Strawberry and Vanilla more over the chocolate, the strawberry is like strawberry milk and the vanilla is like drinking melted ice cream no joke. I’m also attempting to gain weight right now and have a small appetite to begin with, so these definitely help me make it easier to get calories and protein in for the day, although I would say do not rely on them solely for that purpose ofc you still have to eat meals but this helps if you have a smaller appetite like I do. One thing I will mention that I personally experience is if I drink them too fast without having breakfast (I usually have my shake in the morning) I tend to get nauseous, drink it with a small meal or after you’ve already had a meal in the day! All else aside, I will be continuing to purchase.

Gain control.
I got ill, lost 45 lbs. I wasn't a large women but weighing 85lbs wasn't the plan. I started the very hohj calorie Boost. It has taken me 2 months, I am now up to 115lbs. It's a wonderful start. Thank you Boost.

Good for weight gain
Good for weight gain. Just keep them refrigerated. Good taste too. Would buy some more and recommend them too

Taste is not very good and makes my elderly grandparents have bad bowel movements.
