I was very weary about buying a refurbished computer. However after messaging Tekrefubs with several questions, Bob at Tekrefurbs put me at ease. Now that I have received it, this is one of the fastest computers I have ever owned. It works perfectly. Great purchase and excellent interactions with the seller.

I was dreading looking for a newer PC since Windows 11 won’t run on my old desktop, it’s barely running Windows 10 with EOL quickly approaching. I have a high tolerance for very slow PCs, so I do not need the latest hardware. Even though I do not like the upgrade process, I am pleasantly surprised, everything came in great condition, turned on the box and did the on-line upgrades, signed into my Microsoft account for OneDrive restore, then I managed to take my old hard drive and install it in the box for additional storage. Now I won’t have to upgrade for a while, maybe 20 more years LOL.This is my first “refurbished” PC, I always bought new, but then it’s a waste of money, PCs tend to last forever and keep on running even after they are no longer usable.I will always purchase used PCs in the future, it makes sense. Thanks to the vendor in Richmond Virginia for delivering my PC.

Nothing fancy but it does the job. Price was attractive. Another thing that I love was that it boots up much faster than my last computer. Both my old and new computers had a solid state drive, but this one works considerably faster.

Tower came wrapped well to protect it in shipping. Cosmetically, it looks like new. It started right up with pre-loaded software, and every component works flawlessly. The tower is lighter and smaller than my old one, and verry quiet. Would definitely buy this again, it is an excellent bargain.

I ordered a "refurbished " machine from a dealer on Amaz*n to replace a 20 year old Dell Studio and it didn't meet expectations at all. It had several marks on the front as though it had been handled roughly and I couldn't get my monitor or mouse to connect. I ended up returning it and bit the bullet and purchased this one. This Dell came in original Dell packaging. It's much lighter than my old machine but with a sturdy feel. It was easy to get it running...plug and play setup, recognized my monitor right away, very good sound and video/graphics quality. Comes with a DVD/RW drive which I need to load older programs and an SD media card reader. Satisfied with this purchase.
