It give a perfect finish with a color result that is even from roots to ends. The hair is left in superb condition with a brilliant shine. It provides long lasting color.

Saved me from embarrassment
I bought this product because I had made an oopsie with another product. (Red hair attempt.) It saved me from a huge embarrassment of looking like a fool. The color seemed to be darker than anticipated but it covered up my mistake. If you are looking for a dark almost black brown this product is for you!

Perfect dye.
Best dye I ever used. Doesn make your hair dry, great texture and color. Uncommon in the US (so I shop online).

Ordered light brown received black
Ordered the light brown. Package arrived and did not have what color it was supposed to be but I trusted that they sent the right thing. Turned out it was black. BLACK!! Now my mum's hair is FREAKING BLACK. And now she's stuck with black hair and having to use a purifying shampoo to get rid of this mess. Terrible product honestly. Will never order again.

I blend it with 7.3 and get a spectacular result.
There seems to be nothing to dislike about this hair color. My wife has been using it for several years. She uses the 7.3 with their 7.0.“It is easy to use, with no strong smell, and the results always make me smile”, she reports. She’s very happy and her hair always looks soft and lovely. We are about to reorder.

Good grey coverage; keeps hair soft
I have purchased dark ash blonde , my hair were soft after it and greys are covered well. The only negative part was that the color wasn’t exactly dark ash blonde but looks more like light brown.

Don't do it if you have white or gray hair!
It might work if you don't have white/gray hair but it will turn blue if you do. I had to change hair color and I unfortunately did not have a good experience with this brand.

Didn't work for me, still pulled warm tones.
Didn't work for me, still pulled warm tones on natural light brown level 7.5 hair. Followed 1 to 1 instructions, left on for 45 mins, used 30 volume.

Salon-like colour for a lot less £££ and no ammonia
My hairdresser uses this, but I am not sure the exact shade (my hair is tinted dark brown, but I recall him asking the assistant to mix more than one Inoa colour) so I bought this (#3) and the shade #2, plus the peroxide developer (massive 1L bottle) back in May, but I was reluctant to use it in case I didn’t get it right / it didn’t cover my white roots properly. Important to know that - unlike the usual brands of hair colour you can buy from a chemist or supermarket - this is just a tube of colour. You need to buy the Inoa developer (peroxide) separately and it needs to be the % (strength) required for your colour (i.e. for dark hair It is 20%). After waiting for a long time - my roots were c. 3” long and pearly, blinding white - I finally decided to colour my own hair today, as I couldn’t look in the mirror anymore, but I am still not confident enough going out Post-lockdown and coming in close contact with people in a salon. Messy and time consuming (as per brilliant advice from a fellow Amazon shopper, best use a kitchen scales to weigh 60g of developer / peroxide once you have squeezed the 60g tube of colour (or half of each tube, as I did) into a bowl) the result was salon-like and my hair is back to “normal”! It has freed me from having to wear a wide Lycra band to cover my badger-like roots during video calls or going for walks. My husband keeps saying that I look 10 years younger (bless...). I should have done it a long time ago (pre-pandemic, I had my roots done every three weeks, but I hadn’t been to a hairdresser since 12 March until doing the colour myself today). I have now ordered a couple more tubes, for when those pesky roots start showing up again and I don’t feel like having to wear a mask to have my hair done. The advice from fellow Amazon shoppers on what strength peroxide / developer to buy and the weighing of the colour + developer right proportions was brilliant and invaluable.

Number 6 - ash brown colour
I like this, its perfect for me because I know these colours, however.... if u wanted a dark blonde u would be horrified, as this is more like a medium to dark brown !Yes these come out darker than they say.So go by the numbers not the description.50% colour 50% developer, mix together, 25 mins later, wash off. U have to buy the developer separately, but that comes in a larger bottle and literally lasts for over a year. This colour has no red tones !!!!Repeat ..... no red tones !!!Finally !Ash brown, here it is , right here !Enjoy !

doesn't seem to be permanent!
My hairdresser suggested this brand during lockdown, but although the colour is great, it is not permanent! I may be doing something wrong but I follow the instructions to the letter. Even tried keeping the dye in longer than recommended.
