Ac is perfect! Cooling is fantastic . Takes 5 minutes to cool my room which is first floor and gets direct sunlight only in evenings. The only thing they need to improve in the product is app and first time Wi-Fi connect process. We can’t track live electricity consumption and there is not much to do in the app. Everything you can do in the app is available in remote of AC.Cons— Service on the other hand is pathetic. Service guy drilled in the live line which tripped the main line mcb . i don’t know how but Thank god he is alive . They use drill bit and not core drilling bit which is quite messy after installation to clean. They don’t explain anything about the product , it’s functions they just come install your ac and run away if they are not able to extort money for overpriced parts from you. They took 1720 rs from me for installation which includes1420 for installation charges and 300 for stand installation.

This isn’t just a bad product — it’s an insult.I ordered a Godrej AC from Amazon, and it arrived DEFECTIVE straight out of the box. That was over a month ago. Since then, I’ve been trapped in a nightmare of cancelled service requests, empty promises, and total apathy.NOT A SINGLE PERSON has come to fix or replace it. Every service request I raise gets automatically cancelled without any visit, follow-up, or explanation.It gets worse: Milind, the so-called delivery manager, stopped picking up calls altogether. And others like Shailendra have the audacity to speak rudely, and even cut the call abruptly the moment we start speaking to them in the same tone they use with us. That’s the level of “customer care” Godrej offers — rude, dismissive, and completely unaccountable.This has been a month of frustration, heat, wasted money, and zero support. I’ve never seen a brand this shamelessly negligent. Godrej clearly doesn’t care once the product is sold. I honestly can’t believe Amazon is allowing this level of post-sale abuse on their platform.If you’re even remotely thinking about buying a Godrej AC — DON’T. This will be the most regretful decision you ever make.Negative stars wouldn’t be enough.

As an practical user I can say that this AC is very good in day to day uses only one issue that I found is noise of this AC is bit more....when you stop the ac it's more understandable that how much this AC is making noise..

I’ve been using the Godrej 1.5 Ton 5-in-1 Convertible Inverter Split AC for the past 6 months, and overall, I’m pretty satisfied with the performance.Cooling Performance:It cools my medium-sized bedroom (approx. 150 sq. ft.) quite efficiently. Even during peak summer when temperatures hit 40°C+, the AC holds up well. The 5-in-1 convertible mode has been a real energy-saver—I usually run it on the 60% or 80% mode, and that’s enough for daily use.Energy Efficiency:My electricity bill hasn’t seen a drastic rise, which was my biggest concern before purchase. With moderate use (around 6-8 hours a day), the energy consumption has been reasonable.Noise Levels:The indoor unit is relatively quiet. There’s a soft hum at higher fan speeds, but nothing disturbing. The outdoor unit is solid and doesn’t rattle.Build Quality & Features:The build quality feels sturdy, and the anti-corrosion coating seems to be holding up fine. The remote is user-friendly, though their is no backlight in remote but it is not an big issue for me.

Received and installation done today.Wifi does not support 5Ghz, it supports only 2.4Ghz Wifi. Installation charges 1765 + 950 outdoor stand, + 500 for welding existing pips. brought at machine at + 31100/- after all bank offers.within few minutes my large hall getting cool.mske sure u r wifi is 2.4ghz, initially i faced issues with connectivity. all is you have to disconnect all devices which are connected to your router and try configuration, it will work.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the way Amazon customer service is handling their customer. There is no empathy and helpfulness.I bought AC on 4th May and the technician found there is missing parts in AC (Copper wire missing); so we raised for refund. As per the customer service, they say my product is now on hold until 12th May for further investigation. In the scorching heat summer, how would we tolerate heat everyday without AC. Why should customer face the brunt of the mistakes of Amazon of not able to send missing parts and also putting everything on hold for more 5 days.They have no answer also what will happen after 12th May. Whether they will refund or not. What if technician again comes after 2-3 days and say the product is defective too. I won’t be able to refund as well owing to the completion of grace period of refund.

good AC worth its price. power consumption is bit more but very good cooling power, with its long air throw, this 1.5 tonne 3 star ac cools the room very fast within 5 minutes. 5 years comprehensive warranty is a bonus. one can go for it. no issues with installation. looks are nice. wifi connectivity is bit cumbersome.

Dear Customer Service Team,I recently purchased the Godrej 1.5 Ton 3 Star Inverter Split AC (2025 Model, AC1.5T EI 18P3T WZT 3S, White) through Amazon... According to the product specifications, this unit is advertised as having 100% copper cooling coils with a blue coating on both the indoor and outdoor units, ensuring superior performance even under heavy duty cooling conditions (up to 52 °C).Upon installation and inspection, however, I found that while the indoor unit accurately features the blue coating, the outdoor unit does not. This discrepancy between the advertised features and the delivered product is misleading and falls short of my expectations. I feel this misrepresentation is unacceptable, and as such, I kindly request an exchange for an AC unit that fully meets the advertised specifications.
