Perineal Cooling Pad, Postpartum Cold Packs Gel Bead Ice Pack Cold Therapy for Women After Pregnancy and Delivery, 2 Ice Pack and 3 Cover (Blue Gel Ice Pack)

I originally bought this for postpartum care but developed a serious case of PUPPP rash in my last month of pregnancy and it spread to under my breast. This has been the only relief I’ve gotten so far.No creams, antihistamines, Vaselines, or oils have helped. I do wrap it with gauze though instead of using the sleeve, the fabric is too thick to feel the cooling effect and it sticks to the skin if applied directly to the skin.It fits directly under my breast and stays comfortably in place from the weight of them. Plus it’s flexible enough to split the ice beads in half to cover both sides.The only downside is they don’t stay frozen very long. I have to keep changing them and they take a while to refreeze, so I’ve had to buy multiple packs to use thru out the day.

I’m post partum c section and my scar has a radiating burning pain and i really didn’t want to live on pain meds so i have been using these and they really help and give me some relief. I will definitely be using these more when i decide to have a second baby. They are also so small that don’t take up freezer space and stay cold for an hour they are not hard which is nice. I also use them for post partum ankle swelling

Bought for post partum and they work wonders! You only get so many when you leave the hospital and you have to throw them away. These being reusable are amazing

Great for postpartum. These stay cold for awhile, ~40 minutes. I found that I needed them to be colder if I put the protective sleeve on, but they were too cold without it and a bit more uncomfortable due to the plastic. Once it warmed a bit I was good to go. They are stiff when first coming out of the freezer so it does help to wiggle them around before trying to use. They do work well and it does help to relieve pain and discomfort. The protective sleeves wash really well and slip right over the ice pack easily. I highly recommend these for postpartum recovery!

love these. they’re easy to use and actually smaller than expected (good thing) which makes them a lot easier to comfortably use. i love that the gel pack is microwave safe and the covers are washable. flexible and seems durable.

The pricing is great. The size and fit are ideal. The gel packs don’t stay cold for long but they do work well. There are two in the pack so it’s easy to change. They are light weight.

I used these during pregnancy for SPD/pelvic pain and they were amazing!! Icing down there was the only way I was able to find relief, and the shape of these ice packs were perfect and made that easy to do.I planned on using them postpartum but only ended up using ice for the first couple hours after birth and preferred to use a disposable ice pack pad instead because of the bleeding. I imagine this would be super helpful to use if I was recovering from a tear, but I wasn’t.

I love how easy these are to use. They freeze fast. They really helped me after surgery.
