Used these so much right after my c section they didn’t make me feel cold like regular ice packs did and they were so easy to use with the way they were flexible they stayed in places amazingly they fit really, relieved my pain almost immediately and they never ever leaked the entire 4 months I used them and still don’t with occasional use now

Great quality, and they were perfect for a recent surgery on the bum. I bought 2 packs to easily rotate so I always had a frozen pad for instant relief.

After my daughter had surgery, I think I bought every perineal ice pack Amazon had. I probably ordered four or five different brands trying to find what worked best. While these weren't bad, they weren't my favorite.I did like that they came with soft fabric covers, which made them much more comfortable against the skin. They were easy to freeze and easy to use, but they felt thinner than some of the other brands I tried. Because of that, they didn't seem to stay cold as long, so I found myself swapping them out more often.They still provided some pain relief, but compared to the other brand I purchased, these just didn't retain their temperature as well. They're decent, but if I had to buy them again, I'd choose my favorite brand instead.

Obviously this is TMI for many of you - but post vaginal delivery, I had a considerable amount of swelling, I would pop these in the freezer and then stick these on the outside of a thin pad and it was a good solution for icing. The ice packs are not super cold for more than like 10-15 minutes but that is fine. The 'padcicle' brands are expensive and kind of huge and bulky, so these were a great solution once I ran out of the giant hospital-grade pad + ice combo packs. Cheap and get the job done.

These were great for giving me a bit of relief after my C-section but once frozen, they weren’t easy to get in to the cover they came with. They also melted really quickly and had to be replaced often. I needed more than 2 cause there wasn’t enough time to freeze in between uses.

Due to a recent medical condition, I have to have regular endometrial biopsies done and let me tell you…… it hurts. Bad. However, I remember the lovely ice packs I got after giving birth and thought, those would be amazing for after my biopsies. These perineal cooling pads help to dull the pain until the Advil kicks in. My daughter has also used them across her abdomen for period cramps and said they helped.

I used these postpartum ice packs for recovery after a breast lift, and they worked well for managing early swelling and discomfort. They stay cold for a reasonable amount of time, and the gentle fabric covering keeps them from feeling too harsh on the skin. For my use, the fabric reduced direct contact a bit more than necessary, but the tradeoff was added comfort.They’re easy to position, easy to clean, and effective for targeted cooling. I would recommend them for anyone needing a soft, non-abrasive cold pack during recovery.

Fantastic item for post partum swelling. Don't stay cold huge amount of time but size fits well onto underwear and just kept alternating. I ordered 2 packs to have one on the go all the time, the sleeves they come in rinse well and dry rapidly as cant be machine washing for every use, rinse with soap and water and hang to dry. Will have other uses in future also.
