I started having bad plantar fasciitis issues last summer. I was willing to try anything. I ordered a pair of these and almost sent them back. It was necessary to trim them and I was worried about cutting them and not liking them then not be able to return. I gave in and carefully cut them down, removed stock shoe insert, and replaced with these. Fit was perfect. The best part is I could stand and walk with little to no heel pain. I now have them in 3 pair of my tennis shoes. For reference 5’5”, 160#, walk 2 miles/day minimum for exercise, avg 15 min miles.

Great pair of insoles. Cut-to-fit allows a more complete shoe insole replacement. One-size-fit can result in the insole sliding around under your feet and cause blisters.I cut these to fit a pair of Keen Boots, which have a slightly wider toe bed than other shoes. I have put over 40k steps in so far and my foot (ball of foot) pain from metatarsalgia is significantly less than original insoles and even some other insoles I have. These insoles made a noticeable difference—especially in the right shoe. The support and cushioning are fantastic, and I could feel the relief almost immediately. The only downside is that they take up a bit more room than expected, so make sure your shoes have enough space. That said, with the comfort and pain relief. Definitely worth it!

These insoles are a must-have if you have minimal or weak foot arches. I'm on my feet for hours at work. These insoles provide the arch support I need all day long while relieving me of for pain. They're also very long lasting. They are a must-have for work shoes and boots.

I'm a little over 240 lbs, and I've been using these in my shoes for a little more than four months. In that time I've noticed that I have less plantar fasciitis-related pain when I wear these inserts. I'm going to buy a few more of these for my other shoes. They are comfortable and easy enough to trim and fit into various types of shoes.

I bought these NEUPE 250+ pound insoles to have a second pair of shoes with support to wear as an alternative for my first pair that have custom orthotics. After a very serious ankle injury (multiple surgeries and lots of PT) my orthopedist recommended orthotics to ease the pain. These NEUPE insoles are better for me than the $600 custom orthotics I got from the orthopedist!!I highly recommend.
