Very nice seed trays
These are nice and sturdy, well made seed trays. I'll be able to reuse these quite a few times. I'm extremely pleased with the quality, especially for the price. These are simple to use and require no assembly. The drainage holes are sufficient. These trays are deep enough to accommodate the seedlings for the first few weeks. I would definitely purchase these again.

These are a good size
Usually I use the smaller versions of these that hold 12 seedling.s These are a good bit bigger and have 40 seedling cells. I've also used the much larger 144 cell and 72 cell germination trays. I think this is a nice medium size, good for when I want more than 12 of something but not 72 or more. The lids work well and they feel decent overall.

Nice weight, includes all you need
This is a great set if you want to start your own seeds inside prior to your growing season. I start fall crops inside as well as spring crops inside. I actually use these outside, but on a covered patio that has grow lights on it. I don't cover them in the summer as it would be too warm, though. These has all you need. There are holes that allow water to escape so you don't drown your seedlings. The bottom piece is great because it catches water so you don't need other trays for them to sit on. You might be able to bottom water with it, but test before you try it. The weight of the materials is solid - I've seen sturdier, but I have seen much less sturdy - this is a good compromise.

lids are bad
The lids are super loose and the trays too flexible.

Nice but can break easily
Nice to use, but be careful as the plastic will break if not handled extremely careful.

My first seed starter trays - works like a charm!
I wanted to try growing seeds indoors for later planting, so got one of these. It's a great little kit, with 3 trays and covers and some nice little tools. My first test set up has so far successfully grown seeds in less than a week - very happy with it.I use it in a solarium, with pretty direct sunlight, so remove the clear plastic lid at the peak of the day to avoid baking them, and add a bit of water on occasion to keep them 'cool'.Otherwise they are exactly as I'd hoped - and a bit better.

Perfect Size
This is a perfect seed starting kit for getting a start on your Spring/Summer garden from seeds. The plastic is thick enough to ensure some longevity. I particularly like the cover as it will help create a humid environment and help jumpstart the seeds.

Perfect fit for generic wire shelving
I've been growing my gardening habit and these were the next obvious thing to get. The seed trays feature a hole at the bottom of each cell which means I can focus on bottom watering and not worry about over watering. I have a generic wire rack and these fit perfectly on the shelves without any over hang.Key notes: sturdy, well made, and individual cells so you don't have to use expanding pellets.Bonus: I can use my own soil mix since these are individual cells :)
