I purchased the EPOS Impact 1060T ANC in Amazon Resale's "Used – Like New" condition for about $173.50 and paired it with the over-the-ear ear cushions from Headset Advisor (about another $50). After spending significant time with it, I can confidently say this is my favorite work headset to date. Pros Outstanding microphone noise cancellation The microphone ANC is simply the best I've experienced on any headset. Background noises are filtered out exceptionally well, making this ideal for calls and meetings in less-than-perfect environments. If your primary concern is how you sound to others, this headset is hard to beat. Extremely comfortable for glasses wearers This was the biggest surprise for me. With the Headset Advisor over-the-ear cushions, I can wear these literally all day without discomfort. Unlike my Jabra Evolve2 75, which pressed my ears against my glasses and left marks on the sides of my head, the EPOS doesn't create pressure points or ear fatigue. For anyone who wears glasses for long workdays, this is a huge advantage. Lightweight and professional The headset feels very light on the head and has a professional, business-focused design. It's comfortable enough that I often forget I'm wearing it. Excellent battery life and wireless range Battery life has been excellent, and I've had no issues walking around the house while remaining connected. The wireless range is noticeably better than many Bluetooth headsets I've used. Cons Audio quality is only average The sound quality is perfectly adequate for office work, Teams meetings, Zoom calls, podcasts, and YouTube videos. However, I would not buy these for gaming or serious music listening. They sound fine, but they are clearly tuned for business use rather than entertainment. ANC for listening is decent, not exceptional This isn't necessarily a negative, but it's important to set expectations. The active noise cancellation for what you hear is not on the same level as premium consumer headphones like the Sony WH-1000XM6, nor is it quite as strong as the Jabra Evolve2 75. That said, with ANC enabled and especially with the over-ear cushions installed, it does a perfectly respectable job for office environments. Final Thoughts If your priority is professional calls, all-day comfort, excellent microphone performance, long battery life, and comfort while wearing glasses, I would choose the EPOS Impact 1060T ANC over the Jabra Evolve2 75 without hesitation. Would I use it as my primary gaming or music headset? No. But as a work headset, it's outstanding. Considering I paid under $175 for the headset through Amazon Resale, it has been one of the best technology purchases I've made for my home office.

Heads up: these headphones are for WORK CALLS ONLY! Not for music, YouTube, or daily entertainment. If that’s what you want, go for consumer options like Sony or Bose. For office calls, these headphones are outstanding. The boom mic is so good that the people on the other end hear nothing but your voice. I tested it by blasting the TV in the background while recording with my phone—and it canceled 100% of the noise. One more thing: don’t buy the third-party over-ear cushions from HeadsetAdvisors. It’s a gimmick. They claim the pads are better than the stock “on-ear donut” ones, but it’s simply not true. Even though ANC isn’t amazing, the stock pads perform far better than the $50 aftermarket ones. Save your money. Bottom line: If your goal is crystal-clear work calls, these are perfect. For anything else, look elsewhere.

I'd give the 0 stars if I could. The headset randomly will restart itself and go through a long startup and reconnect process at the start of calls. When it works, it is a solid headset, but the issue is it's unreliable. I went through EPOS support for troubleshooting and they provided a beta firmware which took 1 hour to complete that supposedly fixes that "known issue" and it made it worse. They sent a new headset to me. A couple of weeks later and now the new headset connects and reports its working fine, but no audio plays no matter what device it is connected to. EPOS says they have a no refund policy and that they only replace the headset... Luckily Amazon is the saving grace here and is allowing me to return and get a refund for the headset.

Great mic quality, however did little for wind isolation and dog barking.

I’ve been using this headset for about two months now. The sound quality is great. It’s a bit tighter on the head then say the Jabra evolves 65 but that’s OK because I like how it blocks outside sounds better. Only complaint is the ANC feature is barely noticeable which is the main feature I was looking for in a new headset.

When doing sales, any background noise can potentially lose a sale. My previous headset stopped working. Since I wasn't 100% happy with my previous headset, I decided to do some quick research to see if I wanted to try a new brand this time. I after finding a few videos decided to change and purchased this headset. I honestly couldn't be HAPPIER. Once the software installed (very quick) I decided to test them out. I pushed record and asked my husband to pretend he was banging on the door and yelling for me. He stepped out of the office and did as I ask. To my amazement, I listened to the recording and couldn't hear my husband speaking at all even though he was 2 feet away and everything thay happened there after. Next we my son started practicing his trombone in the living room while I was finishing up so I decided to test it again. To my SHOCK, the recording showed that the headset not only canceled the trombone (about 9 feet away) but also canceled my toddler yelling asking for a turn all on the trombone and my husband standing next to me. After all this I did want to really push the limits and asked my son to step into my office and play his trombone as loud as he could. I will say the noise canceling technology did really well. The recording showed it did pick up the sound but sounded like phone static. Unbelievably good noise canceling mic. I have been in airports with loud speakers going and person on the other end has no clue. Mute function by flipping the mic up has glitched twice and not unmuted me to talk in a meeting but if you simply cycle it up and down again it turns mic on. But hey I’d rather that then it randomly coming on.

I noticed that others have had the same issue with the description of these headsets. The description and/or the main header is misleading. It was difficult to order and although I understood that the headset I picked included a wireless charging stand, it did not. I was disappointed because other reviews did say this but I took a chance anyway. Update: I've had these for 3 months, and they keep giving me issues. I am told that I keep breaking up when I talk, which has been ongoing. I restart them a few times per day. I think something is wrong with them. I will call the manufacture for support.

Für welchen Zweck habe ich sie geholt: Für saubere und Störungsfreie Telefonate, genau für diesen Zweck werden Sie auch angeboten. Ich kann mit diesen Kopfhörern nahezu überall sitzen und mein Gesprächspartner wird nur mich hören und nicht von irgendwelchen Nebengeräuschen gestört. Sogar direkt frontale Live-Musik, wirklich laut, wurde vom Gesprächspartner nur leise bis garnicht gehört. Ich bin immernoch begeistert, wie gut das funktioniert. Die von anderen Bewertungen manchmal leicht kritisierte Geräuschabdämpfung für einen selbst (ANC) ist zwar nicht extrem gut, reicht aber völlig aus, dass man sich bspw. Bei dem genannten Live-Musik Beispiel immernoch voll auf seinen Gesprächspartner konzentrieren kann, ich konnte diesen immernoch klar und deutlich hören. Der Komfort ist okay bis gut. Ich habe schon andere Kopfhörer probiert, die mir nach einer Stunde schmerzten. Diese Kopfhörer sind auch nach einigen Stunden in Ordnung zu tragen. Aber man fühlt sie schon etwas am Ohr. Druck auf dem Kopf habe ich gar keinen gespürt, könnte aber vom Träger abhängen. Kleiner Bonus finde ich, dass man mit diesen Kopfhörern auch schön Musik hören kann. Ich verstehe die häufigere Kritik über die Sound-Qualität nicht, die hier häufiger geschrieben wird. Ich verweise dann gerne auf den eigentlichen Hauptzweck dieser Kopfhörer. Für Perfektion in Soundgenuss bei Musik, wo vielleicht auch ein besserer Komfort gewünscht ist, sollte man sich eben andere Kopfhörer "privat" holen. In dieser Richtung gibt es auch weitaus mehr Auswahl. Für Business allerdings bin ich ziemlich überzeugt, dass dieses Modell eigentlich in diesen ganzen Call Centern Einsatz finden sollte. Seit dem ich diese Kopfhörer kenne, habe ich wirklich kein Verständnis mehr für "billige Call-Center Sound Qualität", mal unabhängig davon, wer da am anderen Ende der Leitung sitzt. So, viel Text aber eine klare Ansage: Kaufempfehlung, JA!!!

Had zowel deze als de jabra evolve2 75 besteld en de laatste terug gestuurd. Na vele testen is het super duidelijk dat de kwaliteit van de microfoon in (teams) calls echt veel beter is. Stem komt helder en kraakvrij over met een uitstekende noise cancelling. Echt een aanrader, ondanks de prijs. Enige 'nadeel' is dat de muziek kwaliteit wel minder is dan de jabra, die een prima bas en heldere tonen heeft. Maar de epos gebruik ik voor conferencing, dus voor mij minder relevant.

Le cuffie sono molto leggere e la pressione che esercitano sulle orecchie non è così forse come modelli di altre marche che ho provato: sicuramente una cuffia over-hear sarebbe stata più comoda. Buono l'audio (ricordo che sono cuffie da riunioni online e non per ascoltare musica) ed ottimo il microfono con la cancellazione di rumore (l'interlocutore non sentirà altro se non la tua voce). L'ANC è fa il suo dovere ma ovviamente se vi aspettate i livelli di Sony o Bose, beh avete sbagliato cuffia. Perchè 4 stelle? Due motivi: - Nelle immagini di Amazon era raffigurato il case rigido mentre, come da foto, la scatola contiene solo il case morbido - Avrei preferito che le cuffie si spegessero quando si rigirano i padiglioni per riporla nel contenitore: in questo modo sono obbligato ad usare sempre lo switch (le Jabra che avevo prima erano comodissime sotto questo punto di vista)
