Product wise - 5/5. Great washing machine. Very quiet. Good slimline feature. Had a slight problem with the installation, and ended up having to buy an extra piece, but otherwise the delivery/installation team were very helpful. Amazon customer service - 2/5. If you are selecting installation etc, make sure if you check out with it too rather than selecting a standard day for delivery (the installation day didn't appear during my check out). Had to return the first one, then rebuy it which was a faff. The customer service agent was rather patronising stating that it "wasn't that hard to install". I mentioned I had requested the full service (deinstall, removal of packaging, install, haul), and as 7 months pregnant this was no easy feat, let alone doing the installation and haul yourself!

Working as should ,not too noisy washes well.. Fits in tight space nicely. Easy to use but have to count down wash cycle yourself. 2 year warranty but not breakdown cover. Has to be manufacturing fault

Good little number does what it says on the tin literally, value for money easy to install fuss free so would recommend.

Why is it covered in stickers that are infuriatingly difficult to remove ? It has a ‘6Kg’ sticker in case I forget what machine I ordered .. A ‘Claim your warranty now’ sticker .. A bar code sticker that literally no human on the planet can read and a massive ‘Importer Information’ sticker on the top that no user has the slightest interest in. And what importer unpacks the whole machine to look for ‘Importer Information’ ??? All the stickers are difficult to remove and leave a horrible residue behind that attracts dirt and is also near impossible to remove - I tried paint brush cleaner, nail varnish remover, sticky stuff remover, white spirit and isopropyl alcohol - nothing shifts it. Two intricate 3D printed spacers fell out the bottom when I unpacked it - I’ve no idea what they are supposed to do, does it matter? Who knows? It has a button on the control panel labelled ‘Function’. There is nothing in the handbook that tells you what it’s for. I’ve read the manual from front to back several times - nothing. There is nothing on the internet that tells you what it’s for. Even AI doesn’t know what it’s for. When you press the ‘Function’ button the machine goes beep, beep, beep. Maybe it’s a joke button. Or maybe it’s the beep, beep, beep button. All of which might be amusing if you’ve got endless hours to spare and and endless patience. It’s a cute little machine, apart from the stickers, but quite noisy - more noisy than my 16 year old, cheap old Beko machine .. Maybe in a few years I’ll get to like it.

One of the best buys ever my washer packed up and thought I would give this a try I went for a smaller one as there is only the 2 of us out looks really nice and the function served settings are really good and easy to use they is hardly any noise so that's a bonus and there is a quick wash which really helps the quality is really great value for the money
