BEST solution for deviated septum. I have tried everything on the market and some products worked but were uncomfortable. These definitely improve breathing through my nose with a deviated septum. They aren't the most comfortable though.

theyre hard as a rock. I thought they'd be softer and I don't have a huge honking nose so the medium and large ones are legit painful, and the tiny ones have such small holes to breathe from that I may as well not use it at all because it's worse than my noses factory settings. awful product. the material needs to be 50% thinner because the thickness of the rings is like 5mm which is way too thick, and the holes need to be bigger without compromising on small size.

Helps open nostril to breath easier during sleep. Feels weird at first but after a a couple weeks barely notice they are in place.
