I am using after month 2 post op knee replacement. I had lots of swelling that was getting very heavy feeling and worrisome. It's seriously the best thing ever for my tired legs. After a long day of being on my feet, I just pop this on, and it's like instant relief. Person I bought it for can't use because calves are larger than 18.5 inches. But, another family member is now using it for circulation and edema, it works well. Appears to be sturdy and well made.

The top part doesn't inflate. And bottom is very tight, if you keep them zipped up, and keep your leg in, instead of getting it around your leg, then try to zipper it up then you should be ok. I have a pair already of fit king leg compression, they work great, but I needed something to help above the knee. I don't like to leave bad reviews. I also didn't reach out to the company to try and fix the problem, which was my fault. Maybe they would have sent me another that worked
