This is a good wee device but use on a lower setting (1-2) for face as 3, and too hard will leave your skin raw! The beauty of this device is the 3 settings so you can use for different areas. Wipe with cloth for hygiene+longevity.

I had a dermabrasion at a professional salon, which cost £95, including a mask. Although my skin felt smooth afterwards, it’s obviously only transient. I found this home dermabrasion kit, and it does exactly the same as above professional one. The instructions aren’t clear as it says wash face. But it almost implies leave skin wet. DON’T! Make sure your skin is completely clean and dry. I also use it twice a week on the third setting. It keeps the skin completely clear of flaking and debris. Great product, highly recommended… I bought one for my daughter too and she loves it!👏

Good little product does everything it says

I’m a retired beauty specialist and this machine is by far the best on the market. I’ve tried the smaller round nozel versions to no avail rubbish! This machine is professional quality, well designed and covers a larger surface area with versatility. I’ve been hunting for something like this all year and I’m glad I’ve found it. Don’t use pressure, just let the machine work its magic itself on your face on level 1or 2, use level three for body. Thoroughly enjoyed my experience and highly recommend! It’s a must buy! (No I'm not getting paid for raving about it just happy I purchased it & so will you!)

I suffer with several skin conditions causing bumping and raised patches on my legs and arms. This little gadget smooths the area leaving it easier to apply creams that actually soaks into the skin instead of sitting on top! . Well worth it for me.

Wish I hadn’t wasted my money on this, the product won’t hold its charge, it was ok for a couple months or so, then started needing charging more often, now it dosent hold the charge at all and as I got this in April the window to return has now gone. Save your money and don’t bother with this

Not worth the money. So gentle it didn’t remove the dry skin on my face on 2nd level. Rather too big to get into smaller areas. Disappointing

So I am one of those Neutrogena Microdermabrasion system (NMS) devotees who got angry when Neutrogena had decided to discontinue the one product that delivered results. The replacement pads for the Neutogena device are now going on ebay for $100 when they cost $10 when they were available. So with one pad left, I began searching for something to replace my go to facial device. I have large pores and if I don't do a microdermabrasion treatment once a month, my skin will look like an orange peel, makeup settles into the pores and I will get break outs. I used the NMS system for 10 years - skin was great, looked fantastic and I always receive compliments on my skin so I don't want to revert back to orange peel, pimply skin. I bought this device to give it a try. It is reasonably priced and doesn't need replacement pads so to me that was a good place to start. I wet my face, put a little moisturizing face wash on it (for slip) and used this device on the lowest setting - WOW - it does the same exact job my NMS did! I am so happy. Skin is smooth. Love it! And the best is ... I don't need to buy replacement pads. Just wash it off and its good to go for the next use. No regrets on this purchase.

Love the large size head! Quick to do a gentle full face treatment to glow up and anti-age my mature skin.

I have only used it twice, both times on the low setting, definitely feel the smoothness of my skin after use.

Great for exfoliation, leaves skin soft and smooth. Has diminished pores, and is helping to lighten dark spots. Also has a massaging effect. Like that it has 3 levels of frequency.
