I just installed a brand new 16x10 shed. Unfortunately, I don't have any power going to it since it's a distance from my house. For the most part I am using it for his storage. I need it to get some lighting in there and didn't want to rely on battery powered lights only.This is perfect! It's relatively lightweight and the bracket seems easy to use. I'm just going to drive two screws into the ceiling right in the middle of the shed and it should be perfect and provide plenty of lighting for it. I like that it can hang down and angle light in four different directions. This means I should only need just one in the shed. Overall, it's very bright and is the perfect size. The solar panel isn't huge, and the metal bracket seems dirty. I am going to mount it on the side of the shed and funnel the wire through the vents on the side. The cord is plenty long to reach from the solar panel to the light. That is one thing I was concerned about. It seems like it's at least 14 feet long from where it connects from the light to the solar panel. I only needed it to be about 8 ft long, so that's perfect. Since it's a two-prong connector, I've seen these available elsewhere if you need to extend it doesn't seem to be a problem. The charge rate depending on sunlight is perfect for what I needed for. I can't really speak about water resistance, since it's going to be mounted indoors. The remote is perfect and I will velcro that to the inside of the door. It has lots of different programming modes and the motion sensor works great.
