Bought these for my sons 4th birthday party as they are a bit more durable than balloons. They went down a treat and the kids loved playing with them. Pros -The product looks good, they are bright and fun -Easy to blow up and light to transport - The ones that lasted have been played with a lot -A good size product that met my expectations based on the images . Cons -Around 4 of the 12 balls didn’t stay inflated or were faulty when they arrived. This made the product feel like it wasn’t value for money -Cheap, disposable plastic doesn’t feel like a quality product.

Smaller than I thought (average football size) kids love them - great for the beach and pools.

Easy to inflate and deflate

It’s been a long since since I bought beach balls so I confess that I don’t know the going rate, but this pack of 12 smaller balls for £9.99 seems like a winner to me. The balls claim to be 12in but I suspect that may be when deflated as they seem slightly smaller when fully inflated. This is no bad thing, as they are still big enough to have some impact but a bit easier to manage. The colours I received were as shown in the product image - bright, beachy, and nostalgic, with each ball being identical. They come individually wrapped which isn’t ideal from an environmental standpoint but does make it easier to split the pack and use for something like party bags, for which they would be ideal. They have a valve at one end and are small enough to blow up easily without the use of a pump, and although they do gradually lose a bit of air over the course of days, they are surprisingly secure for the price. Obviously they take up little space when deflated and are easy enough to inflate and deflate that it’s easy to carry one in a pocket or bag for impromptu games. They work pretty much just as I remember them from my own childhood, and I’d rate this item for anyone who has need of a bulk supply of good old-fashioned beach balls.
