Will this work with an acer chromebook?

This device appears to have connected with my mbot but i am unable to upload anything via bluetooth. any ideas what i am doing wrong?

After the device is successfully paired with the Bluetooth adapter, it needs to be connected in mBlock software to connect the device to mBlock.
