I am giving this filament dryer 5 stars.This has become an important part of my 3D printing workflow. The dryer was easy to set up, and the controls are straightforward to use. I simply set the temperature and timer, allow the unit to reach the desired humidity level, feed the filament directly to my FlashForge printer, and start printing.One of the things I appreciate most is that I can leave the dryer running throughout the print. Keeping the filament dry during the entire printing process has helped eliminate moisture-related issues and has resulted in more consistent print quality. Whether I'm printing for a few hours or working on a longer project, I know my filament is staying in good condition.The display is easy to read, and the touch-screen controls make adjustments quick and simple. The unit heats efficiently and does exactly what it is designed to do.My only minor complaint is threading the filament through the outlet. It can be a little awkward at times and takes some patience, especially when changing spools. Once the filament is loaded, however, the dryer performs very well.Overall, this is an excellent filament dryer that is easy to use, works reliably, and has helped improve my printing results. I would definitely recommend it to anyone serious about 3D printing.

Toasts filament like an oven does pizza. Simple enough to be reliable and easy to use, complex enough to cover plenty of different filaments. Never had a problem with it. Kind of hard to say anything else. It's a great hobbyist's dryer.

Easy to use. Good air circulation. Pre-vented with two small holes in the top of the clear case. Functional for different filaments. After printing a desiccate holder for the inside as well as a heat shield, I’m able to reduce the relative humidity inside the case to 13% - steady. Sometimes it drops to 12% for a brief moment - but it holds at 13% - which is better than good for even my PA6-CF/GF filament.

I have three of these and I have to say, great value, for the money you get a decent and accurate filament dryer that is very effective in removing moisture related print artifacts. Plus it looks cool.Cons: Underside gets extremely hot. This can't sit directly on any common furniture item without risking damaging it over time. Janky "touchscreen" that barely works. Not sealed, must remove and seal dried filament right after drying cycle completes. Does not rotate the spool which may cause uneven drying. No provisions for desiccant.But again, great value for the price.

Heats up quickly, minimal noise, slow and steady drying but worlds better than leaving rolls in the oven overnight lol. I don't understand the hate for the screen, it isn't cheap it's just weird to see a touchscreen LCD, just don't mash the buttons (you don't need too) and it's fine.My only complaint would be very minimal instructions, which is only a conceptual problem because of how easy it is to use. Select a material, input a timeframe, that's it.Placing two new out of the vacuum packaging rolls of filament in there to realize they need like 24 hours of drying is eye opening.I have an AMS so I cant review the unit's ability to print while drying, I'm just using it as an intermediary step for new rolls of filament

This unit worked great for the first month then the fan started to get noisy and it would intermittently fail to reach the set temp of 60 degrees Celsius. This happened very infrequently at first, but now it happens more often than not. The unit will get up to about 50-52 degrees, hold there for a substantial period of time, and then error. The temperature indicator blinks and it just blows cold air. Support for this is also not available anywhere that I can find. Both the Amazon support page and Creality support page just offer printer advice and don’t address this dryer at all. I am super disappointed. I love the simplicity and size of this unit and it was a perfect fit for me until this issue popped up. The cost of this is way too much for such a poor life span of only a few months.

First of all, let me start out saying I love Creality - I have a couple of their 3d printers & scanners - and now this drybox. That's why i was disappointed when I used it for the first time and noticed the LED touchscreen is very cheap and delicate. When I press the controls on it, the LED spreads and takes a couple seconds to disappear. I'm hoping it won't break on me. Other than that, it dries as advertised.

Works incredibly well, gets humity down to 8% easily. Highly recommended.

Works has advertised. One of the best upgrades to your 3d printer setup. Print quality has improved so much since I started using this. The dryer works very well, glad I want with the bigger two spool option so I can get the next colour ready.
