Adjustable Weight Bench Home Training Gym Weight Lifting Sit Up Ab Bench Flat Incline Decline Multiuse Exercise Workout Bench

I have been using this bench for about 5 months now. I am a beginner and this was my first use with a workout bench so keep that in mind. The construction was quite easy, and actually I was impressed by how well organised the hardware was; the individual nuts, bolts and other pieces of hardware were methodically packaged and labelled so as for easy assembly. Once assembled, the bench feels very sturdy. It doesn't feel like it would ever give up on you, I have always felt safe while using it. It's very easy to fold and unfold; you simply pull the metal bolts out and adjust the bench to the desired angle, then reinsert them into the locking holes. Readjusting the bench to different angles is very easy, it takes me about 30 seconds to go from flat bench pressing to incline bench pressing. I've done a variety of exercises on the bench, and so far I haven't had any issues except with flat bench pressing. The one caveat I have is that the bench is slightly too tall- and I'm average male height. I'm unable to place my heels on the ground when bench pressing, but this can be worked around by putting wood under your feet. Overall I'm very happy with this bench. I love how it looks, it feels comfortable too. The PU leather seems to be holding up nicely, and it's easily wipe cleaned. It's the perfect bench for working out especially if you're short on space. The dumbbell rack is great too. I've done pullovers on the bench and put a dumbbell on the rack as counterbalance.

Great work bench, and very good value. Building it took about 30 mins but the pieces were well labeled, particularly the screws etc which came in a very easy to follow package - Ikea could learn from these guys. It says you need 2 people but i managed fine on my own. All the tools you need are included. Once built the bench seems very sturdy. There are 2 pins you can pull out to adjust the incline of either side of the bench. They can be a bit stiff but I think that’s just because it’s new. It comes with a pretty handy exercise guide, showing about 10 things you can do mostly with dumbbells or sit ups. My only complaint If I had one, I’d that when doing sit ups, with the bench inclined, my rear end seems to slip between the 2 parts of the padding, making it a little uncomfortable. I suspect this is a common issue with these benches and to be honest isn’t so bad that I wouldn’t use it, so overall I’d still give it 5 stars. Very happy with it.

Haven't used it a massive amount yet, but generally seems pretty decent. Only really concern so far is that it's a bit short for me to do some of the rope exercises. I'm 6'4" and it was shifting about in a slightly worrying way. All the fixings were very clearly labelled and it was easy to put together, but I'd definitely recommend attaching the seat pad to its frame before attacking that to the main section. Made it so much easier. The head pad also doesn't quick line up properly so it's end up looking a little scruffy, but I can handle. All in all fairly happy. Wasn't expensive so I guess you get what you pay for

I'm a regular gym goer so let me get straight to it. Bad things: -There is no setting for the backrest to go 'near' upright - so shoulder pressing is impossible - it's more of an incline bench press. This is the worst thing about the bench. - It's quite a bad design to be honest - to adjust the bench you have to keep adjusting BOTH legs, not the back rest. Never seen this type of design before. - To make adjustments to the bench you have to pull out TWO steel pins and reinsert which is VERY tight and just a nightmare. The plastic ball handle snapped off my pin so its razer sharp now. - The bench is really high up. I'm 6'1 and my feet just about touch the ground when I'm benching or incline benching. Good things: - Setting the bench up was straight forward - Bench is very sturdy Overall it's a bad design. Best to buy another design where the backrest is fully adjustable - not the legs! It's clearly a Chinese import with little thought to design.

Reasonable first bench for home use but if you are a keen weight lifter then buy something better with fixed legs and more adjustment. If you are keen on exercise it is unlikely that this will be your last bench and you will end up buying something more expensive to fully meet your needs. I wish I had bought something better (more expensive). Cautious recommendation Pros Good quality for the price. Comfortable padding Stable in use Folds flat for storage Reasonable weight to move it around. Cons Self-assembly takes about 15 minutes. Lots of bolts to be checked regularly. Limited range of adjustment, in particular the back rest does not go vertical. Adjustment is fiddly because the seat adjusts by moving the front or back leg. This means that taking out one of the retaining pins cause the bench to become very unstable. Better benches have fixed legs and the seat and back rest move independently. The dumbbell rack isn’t much use as it cannot hold more than two larger dumbbells

OK so I'm turning my garage into a gym and need to get lots of different types of benches and equipment. I purchased this one because it has several uses. Delivery was fast and the product was well packaged. Setup was a doddle with the help of my wife to hold a few bits in place. Once fully built it feels solid and sturdy when using it. My wife likes the resistance bands that it comes with and they definitely work for giving you a good stretch for warm up and down. I also like the fact that you can add your dumbells in the carry rack at the back, nice addition. You can have the seat at different angles and even flat so you can have lots of different workouts with this bench and work lots 9f different muscle groups. All in all I am very happy with this bench. Its good quality, easy to assemble, has good options and looks great. Now I just have to finish my garage gym so its ready to use. All of the above reasons mean I have to give this bench 5 stars.

I am more in to outdoor fitness but with the weather getting colder it can be a bit tricky to go out fitness. I already have a treadmill so I decided to add a weight bench so my other half can also use it. Package Content: There is a lot to cover so I have added a picture what is included in the package. The product is well packaged and a bit heavy when received. The bench looks really great. The weight bench foam is nice and medium firm – not too soft nor to hard. The fittings are well marked for easy identification of what parts goes where. Assembly took me approximately 35-40 minutes. You won’t need any additional tools to get this assembled as the only bits required are the spanners which are provided already. It is easy to adjust and set according to the exercise you are doing, getting the position for the abs was a bit tricky as I have never used this kind of equipment before for abs. Once I got hang of it it was very simple. The 2 elastic bands that are provided can be used for biceps, triceps and probably some more. NOTE: These kind of bands can sometimes snap but can be replaced very easily, any compatible exercise bands would do. Overall the exercise weight bench is easy to stowaway under the bed, simply flatten it and just push it or you can keep inside the airing cupboard if you have space or simply leave it as is if you are one of the lucky ones to have a gym space in your home. This weight bench can be used for home and office use only not for the commercial use to be honest. Comfortable to use and very sturdy. Great value for money against other weight benches. I found this very straight forward to assemble too. It is a bit fiddly to adjust to the different positions and take a bit of working out to get used to changing to the position you want, I have found some of the more expensive benches like the ones used in gyms to be much easier and quicker to adjust but this one works great for at home especially for the price. The weight rack seams like a great feature but in reality you don’t use it much as you can’t have dumbbells on it while adjusting positions.

Alors ce banc est très solide et très polyvalent ! Il est de très bonne qualité et est conforme a ce que je cherchais. Cependant, je tiens a souligner quelques caractèristiques importantes du banc: -Il n'as pas de position à 90° (ce qui n'est pas très mechant pour le développé militaire vu que c'est mieux d'être incliné si on ne veut pas s'arracher la coiffe des rotateurs a force). -Il propose une position déclinée, donc développé pec décliné possible et abdosen décliné aussi. -le banc est assez haut en position horizontale sa me decolle les pieds du sol quand je m'allonge dessus (je fait 1m76) mais on peut les poser sur les coussinets du cale-pied et c'est mieux car on met moins de tension sur les vertèbres ! -Il est impeut rigide (signe de solidité) donc les targettes de réglage de position peuvent être impeut dures a placer ou a retier. -le dossier du banc est fait avec la même matiere que les planches de natation (mousse légère et dense) ce qui lui confère un côté orthopédique selon moi (sa change des banc trops moux ou trop dures). -L'avantage est qu'il est pliable donc on peut le ranger bien dans un coin (sous le lit par exemple) quand sa dérange.

Die Hantelbank kam in einem großen stabilen Karton. Der Aufbau war recht intuitiv und verlief im großen und ganzen schnell. Sie ist schnell aufgebaut und kann danach platzsparend an die Wand gestellt werden. Die Polsterung ist für Sportgeräte eher bequemer und lässt mich bei meinen Übungen nicht ablenken. Halt so, wie es sein soll. Insgesamt macht das Gerät qualitativ einen soliden Eindruck, an manchen Stellen könnte der Spielraum etwas geringer sein, störend, oder gar ein unsicheres Gefühl kommt aber nicht zu Stande. Ich fühle mich darauf sicher und kann in verschiedenen Positionen meine ganzen Übungen für die Beine und Bauchregion erledigen. Ich persönlich wiege 80 kg und kann meine Übungen Barrierefreiheit durchführen. Die verschiedenen Abstufungen der Positionen der Bank hilft dabei sehr. Die beiliegenden Übungsbänder sind ein netter Zusatz, persönlich habe ich sie mit bei mir noch herumliegende verstärkt, wodurch es sogar für die Arme sinnvolle Übungen ergibt.

Questo 2020 a causa del COVID ha segnato un'era per quanto riguarda la necessità di allenarsi in casa data la lunga chiusura delle palestre! Anch'io come una marea di altre persone ho cercato di ricreare un ambiente per potermi allenare tenendo conto anche del poco spazio disponibile a casa mia. L'obiettivo era trovare una panca che fosse: versatile, robusta, con magari pesi integrati e possibilmente da poter riporre da chiusa in poco spazio! Su amazon ci sono tanti prodotti di questo genere ma poche panche che abbiano anche i cavi integrati. Partiamo dal montaggio, devo dire che è tutto spiegato e descritto alla perfezione, con in dotazione tutto quello che serve, una mezz'oretta e la panca sarà pronta per essere utilizzata. La panca si presenta molto bene esteticamente, da ottima sensazione di robustezza ed è molto confortevole da utilizzare. I cavi integrati sono un'aggiunta non da poco, io riesco praticamente a fare un workout in cui c'è un modo per far lavorare qualsiasi muscolo, certo col tempo saranno necessari anche dei pesi, ma per cominciare va benissimo così. La panca si può inclinare in varie posizioni, farlo è molto semplice, non ci sono infinite posizioni ma una serie fissata che ho trovato bene o male adatte a fare le attività per cui è pensata, in più ha incorporata una piccola rastrelliera in cui inserire fino a 4 manubri, molto utile! Dopo 2 mesi di utilizzo molto intenso non posso che confermare la qualità di questo prodotto, non sono riuscito a trovare difetti, l'unica cosa che migliorerei e la parte della seduta, ho la sensazione che la staffa su cui poggia sia un pò troppo corta e potrebbe piegarsi con il tempo, vedremo, intanto non posso che consigliarne l'acquisto, se avete necessità di un prodotto di questo tipo andate sul sicuro, il rapporto qualità prezzo è davvero ottimo!!!

Es más grande y más alto de lo que me esperaba, la foto con la silla os sirve para comparar dimensiones. Al principio no es fácil de maniobrar... cuando ya le pillas el truco solo tienes que tener cuidado de no pillarte algún dedo al cambiarlo de posición. ¿Lo volvería a comprar sabiendo lo que ya conozco? Sin duda.
