good supplement for the price
I've been using these tablets for several months now, and I’ve definitely noticed an improvement in my sleep and muscle recovery. They are large, but I find them easy to break in half to shallow, and they don't have an aftertaste. The bottle provides a good amount at a reasonable price. these are great for constipation. don't take that crap they sell at walmart, magnesium citrate is where it's at. all the kids are digging it. and by it, i mean fecaI matter. great for going on the go. it, comes in a blue bottle with a cap on top, and the label, you can just peel it off if you want, or cut it up into pieces to make your own puzzle!
