I had purchased the one with a dropper in the past but I like this one a lot better. Easy to just pump the product into my mouth. The flavor is a bit unpleasant but it doesn’t linger. I chase it down with water or juice. I like that it gives me energy and improves my mood. I’m almost 50 so I’ve been taking this as vitamin B tends to drop as we age. I’ve been taking this brands B complex for over a year and keep repurchasing it because I feel it works well for me.

Good taste a little bit like a Flintstone vitamins in the liquid version

So I put in like two sprays in my mouth. The taste was questionable, but it was OK but after about 30 to 40 minutes, I was out cleaning everything it’s been a while since I had energy like this. I’m surprised. Besides the taste, this is such a great product to be able to have energy again is a big plus in my life right now. I’m a type two diabetic.

The product works very well. If the taste were on a spectrum where one end is creomulsion cough syrup and the other end was chloraseptic throat spray, it's somewhere in the middle. It's not gaggy sweet, and after using a day or two, I found the taste pleasant. I found that if I take the supplement after 11:30AM, I am up past midnight. So, I recommend using early morning if you want to go to bed early.The sprayer issue is that the tube leading to the sprayer is not long enough. So, you'll use most of the bottle, but then, have to remove the sprayer to pour some into a spoon to use the last part. The tube should be longer.

This product is fantastic.

I felt like I needed more B12 for energy and metabolism purposes. I decided to give this product a try. I definitely notice that after using 5 squirts of this in my mouth in the morning that I am not as tired towards the end of the day. Also, I have been maintaining the same weight for quite some time and after using this product I have lost a couple of pounds. I'm not entirely sure that it is from this product, but it feels that way. I'm guessing its from the boost in energy!
