I had to return this product and exchange it for a new one, but the replacement is having the exact same issue. Even when the temperature is set to 99°F, it will randomly start boiling the water. I was lucky enough to wake up to the sound of the water boiling. The first time this happened with the original unit, I wasn’t so lucky, and the water spilled everywhere. This is a very dangerous product that could seriously burn someone or even a baby. This is a serious safety concern and feels like an accident waiting to happen. I would not recommend this product until the issue is addressed.

This dispenser has made preparing bottles so much faster, especially during middle-of-the-night feedings. Having water kept at the exact temperature continuously eliminates all the guessing and waiting. It is very easy to refill, simple to operate, and heats consistently throughout the day. The built-in night light makes late-night feedings so much easier because you don't have to turn on harsh overhead lights. If your baby takes formula or combination feeds, this saves so much time and say goodbye to guessing if the temperature is right!

This water dispenser for my baby's formula has been a huge help; I no longer have to heat water on the stove because it’s both a heater and a dispenser. I really like it, and it saves me time.

Overall, great product and works very well save for a few operational issues that can be worked around. Pros: - Large reservoir and hassle-free connection (no leaks so far) - Quickly heats up water within a few minutes - Quick temperature settings with potential to adjust incrementally as needed Cons: - Occasionally, the Dispense on/off button will not respond (touch-based) and I've overflowed some bottles trying to get it to stop (I've realized the Power button will still respond fine so I just turn it off and back on at this point) - No memory settings for prior temperature set (mostly valuable to me as I have to turn off the unit to fix the dispensing issue, but otherwise not a needed feature) - The manual indicates the temperature will vary by a few degrees but I've seen as high as 6 degrees Fahrenheit over my setting which is too hot for my toddler. The workaround is the not rely on the unit's temperature indicator and I just check the dispensed temperature each time as it does fluctuate.

It will break easily mine stopped working after 2 days it let me choose the water temperature but doesn't start boiling good thing i got a refund the seller quitted selling on amazon when i requested help so it's useless to get in touch with them i am wondering how a seller keeps selling when he quit the platform

I have bought 2 of these, the first broke because the tank was dropped and cracked(our fault). We used this for formula for our first born and it is perfect because it can boil the water in the tank then be set at the perfect temp to add to formula to disinfect it. When ours broke my wife ordered a baby brezza water warmer for formula and I used it once and immediately returned it and bought this again. It is amazing

The best water kettle on the market, please keep making these ! Stainless steel, glass, non toxic, convenient functions to keep water at favorite temperature, also asthestic ! Bought one from home and loved it and bought a second for work place.

Don’t buy it if you want instant water heater to save electricity from keeping warm. If you expect the name “instant” means it instantly heats the water when needed, no, this is not the one. This is not the commonly understood instant water warmer but a normal water pot and constantly requires electricity to keep the water temperature. What if you boiled higher temperature water but you want a warm one? They suggest you to change the water and boil again. So no, it’s not an instant water warmer, heater or whatever you expect. This is a normal water dispenser with bad temperature insulation of water pot as they keep the hot water in a glass pot with no heat insulation. Does it matter? Yes, as they will keep your water temperature and it wastes more electricity (=money) since it will cool faster. The product name is misleading. I’m returning it.
