I did tons and tone of research before committing to a creatine gummy, becausecmostcofntjemcdont Hagen what they claim to have in them. Bear Balanced was one of the few who went through rigorous testing and consistently came out ahead. The first two bags (blue raspberry and watermelon) worked well, had the same consistency and texture. The third bag (mango) is indescribably HORRIBLE. It’s gritty, turns to goo immediately when you put it in your mouth, and has a very sour taste as well as a completely different overall texture. $50 gone to waste because they’re a food item and can not be returned. They’re so bad that I’ve now abandoned this brand completely regardless of how well tested they are. Not willing to risk another $50 hoping it was a fluke. Obviously consistency isn’t a regulated thing. Just creatine content.

While taking this supplement I noticed having great energy, memory, and attention. I typically take creatine supplement at night after dinner before bed. Almost immediately I noticed some very vivid dreams, very close to lucid dreams. My dreams were more powerful and potent than they typically are. While I had some time off from work, I noticed I was tired a lot, but felt I should have had the energy to do more. I was able to perform past certain limitation in the gym. I cycled off this supplement and felt everything crash. I was still able to perform in the gym, but noticed motivation and drive were low. I believe the ingredients in this supplement are all quality, Creatine, L-theanine, l-tyrosine, and b12. All good stuff for the general user. However, I would be aware when taking this supplement that Huperzine A effects everyone differently. While using the supplement, I felt great. But when cycling off, I felt in an almost depressive and anxious state. That being said, nootropics are not to be taken lightly in my opinion. Prior to purchase do your research on the supplements contained in this product. It does not out right in the title say that it contains Huperzine A. 50mcg is a relatively low dose in the nootropics community, it is proven to have affects, but also may have negative side effects. These gummies do have a sour taste, but aren't too horribly unpleasant to put down.

I wanted something easier to take than regular creatine powder, so gummies seemed worth trying. I like how convenient they are, especially on busy days when I don’t want to mix a drink. The taste and texture are important to me, and I prefer something I can easily fit into my daily routine.

Gross! The watermelon tastes TERRIBLE! you'll gag and choke trying to consume them. Way too much flavor and way too SOUR. Now about the texture. They are not "gummy" at all. They do not have the texture of a gummy bear. Super soft mush. I probably can work around the mushy texture of them, but the flavor of the watermelon is just awful. Watermelon is supposed to be sweet not sour.

These gummies have become some of my favorites, as they’ve helped me increase strength, improve physical performance, and support muscle growth in a convenient, chewable form. Plus, they taste great, are reasonably priced, and are super effective.

First bag, I ordered bright pink, good watermelon taste not too sugary second bag. They are almost white and have a high sugar taste. Why the difference I’m thinking it comes from two different manufacturers somebody’s copying which one’s the real one.
