This might cure altheimers!
I bought this because I read that Ceylon Cinnamon tea with honey would help altheimers. Hereโs what I did. I use one pure Ceylon cinnamon tea bag with 2 Lipton tea bags to make pitcher of tea. Then I pour this into a glass with ice and drizzle raw/unfiltered honey on top. It sure makes a tasty drink. I hope it works for altheimers, but even if it donโt, this sure makes a tasty glass of tea.

Delicious! Perfect for a keto diet
This is Ceylon cinnamon, not cassia cinnamon. This tea is delicious! It was suggested to me by a doctor who specializes in keto diets because cinnamon balances out blood sugar and reduces sugar spikes.
