Adore Semi Permanent Hair Color, 060 Truly Red, 4 Fl Oz

I love the results! The color is very vibrant and shiny. I had a color red that was very washed out in color and had quite a bit of new growth of dark ash brown. I put this on while wearing gloves. I put all my rugs away and started applying around my edges and temples. Then started splitting my hair while focusing on the roots. I then started applying close to my scalp to avoid making a mess. I began working it through my hair with my fingers while Making sure it was covered from root to ends. I took a grocery bag- hey! Don’t judge..and covered my head and then tied it in a bow. I took a black wash cloth and wiped off my face and neck that got dripped on. waited 15 minutes. While waiting I cleaned up my vanity and sink. Scrubbing bubbles sprayed onto any spots where the dye may have landed takes it off like a charm. Hopped in the shower and rinsed what felt like days for the water to not be bright red running off my head and onto the bottom of the tub. I washed my hair twice as well as conditioned it. The water was still quite orange but we let it go. I grabbed my scrappy towel to dry my hair, used heat protection spray then dried and styled as usual. I’ll sleep with a towel over my pillowcase tonight since I sweat like Hell’s Kitchen but hey! It looks freaking amazing! I love it so much. Oh, and your tub will be stained. But don’t worry! Spray with Scrubbing bubbles and a give a quick wipe down. Rinse and it’s like nothing ever happened!

For the price, adore has always been great. My hair was bleached to around a level 8 and i used Truly red and Cajun spice. Cajun spice did come out a lot more orange than the pictures showed which was annoying, but truly red was, truly, red. Ive used this dye both mixed with conditioner and straight from the bottle and both times i had around two weeks of brightness before it began to wash out. However it didnt come out straight away even with my hair being washed with very hot water, which is good if youre looking on keeping the same color for a while. Smell was nice and it comes out like a gel more than a conditioner based dye. It did stain my sink in places where i didnt wash the mess off in time, but my skin was not stained.

TLDR: Other semi-permanent hair dyes are much better The dye colored my hair, but I do NOT recommend using it if you have damaged hair because it destroyed mine. I've dyed my hair with bleach, black box color, manic panic, and arctic fox, so my hair isn't the healthiest. However, I have NEVER had this kind of breakage from other semi-permanent dyes! When I was rinsing my hair, small clumps of my hair were falling out. I have breakage all throughout my hair. It feels like I just bleached it while other dyes make my hair feel soft and don't break my hair. There is tons of breakage all throughout my hair that will have to be entirely regrown to fix. I have never experienced this when using Arctic Fox or Manic Panic in the same circumstances. To add to the problem, this dye stains skin and counters much more than Manic Panic and Arctic Fox. Arctic Fox is my favorite because I can wash away skin and counter stains with some scrubbing. The Adore dye WILL NOT COME OUT of my skin and is extra difficult on counters in comparison to others. In summary, you can use this hair dye if you want to, but I wouldn't recommend it, even if you have virgin hair. It stains really easily and is more damaging than other semi-permanent hair dyes. It also requires heat while other semi-permanent dyes don't, making it more work than it has to be. I'd recommend getting something like Arctic Fox, Strawberry Leopard, or Manic Panic instead because they are conditioning, easier to clean, and require fewer steps.

Très belle couleur comme toutes les autres, je me suis trompé au niveau de la teinte mais du coup j'ai mélanger avec mon autre rouge et le résultat est top. Adore num 1 des coloration semi permanente

Usato per ravvivare lo shatush rosso senza dover rifare la tinta, rosso molto bello! Per ora resiste anche in piscina! Mi raccomando, usare i guanti perché macchia piu di una tinta e ci mette qualche lavaggio a togliersi dalle mani!
