A classic study in sira, this book is essential for anyone interested in understanding the Sunnah (the life and example of the Prophet Muhammad). Sticking closely to historical sources and narratives, this book gives the reader a picture of how Islamic scholars and Muslims have understood the life of their prophet and the moral and ethical values he represents to them. This is not the most accessible work of sira in English (that distinction probably goes to Martin Lings's book), and contains dry sections, but it will provide the reader a traditional perspective of the Sunnah. Muslims can read this as a devotional book while non-Muslims should find it useful in understanding a core component of the Islamic faith.

The Sealed Nectar is one of the best Biographies available of the Prophet ﷺ and this is also a very concise work as well. Rather than write forever the Author condensed a lot of information in each chapter. It's best to re-read some of the chapters in order to properly absorb the information.
