I've purchased 5 of these so far. One for each of my 3 espresso machines (home, office & travel) and, one for each of my two daughters espresso machines. To create great espresso, the weight of each (double) dose of coffee needs to be very close to 18g. Don't know if these are accurate to 1/100th gram but, they are consistent. Coffee grinders are rarely consistent. The scale is tiny but, is big enough to accept an espresso "dosing cup" or, a portafilter basket with dosing funnel. I weigh the beans in the dosing cup/basket, dump it in the grinder and, weigh the coffee grounds again when I fill the basket. The scale is so small, I just leave it on the counter next to the espresso machine. I do carefully blow out any stray grounds under the platform but, so far, none of the 5 have failed. If we destroy one, for $7, I will absolutely buy a replacement!

A nice little scale. I purchased this primarily for the "weight in grains" feature. When it's turned on, give it a few seconds to reset itself to zero, after that it's fairly straightforward and the direction are printed inside the lid so you'll always have them. I tested it with several different items of known weight, it was accurate and consistent. It reads grains to the tenth of a grain, that is all I needed. Inexpensive and functional. It is small, as the description noted, the screen is well lit and easy to read. A good value for the low price.

This small scale works very well and gives accurate readings every time. I love the compact size because it’s easy to store and very convenient to use when measuring small amounts in ounces or grams. The display is clear, simple to operate, and perfect for precise measurements. Great value for the price and exactly what I needed. And the batteries are included !!!

This has been my daily driver for my life espresso.It is very responsive to weight change and produces very consistent results. I don’t have standards to test the accuracy with but it is at least consistent to itself. There is no way to calibrate it though so if you want to ensure perfect accuracy it may not be the best choice. The battery life so far is great - it’s lasted about two months so far. My only complaint is that it doesn’t automatically turn itself off at all - like not even after a full 24h of being on and stationary. This might be a plus for some people but I can’t imagine that would be the majority since this will just run down the battery. This thing is very well-built though and has withstood being soaked in espresso multiple times, including in the electronics. I removed the battery and rinsed with distilled water then let it dry and it was back to new. It only has two buttons but they pretty easily convey anything you need to do. On/off and tare are a shared button then another button cycles through the units. For such a cheap scale I couldn’t ask for more. Only docked a star because it will stay on until the battery dies.

Really helpful for gym supplements. I used it for little measurements in the kitchen as well and was really pleased. Not being able to measure more than a kilo is a bummer, but considering its size is not a big deal. Since it uses the same batteries as the tv controller I just swap ‘em when I’m in a hurry.

Tiny but has a large backlit display. Accuracy is good enough for general use. I use it for coffee every morning. Seams to be durable as I dropped this on a tile floor and it's still working fine. UPDATE, it fell again only about 6 inches from my hand onto the counter and no longer works. It lasted about 6 months. It was a little finicky at times but nothing too bad. The thing I liked the most about this scale is that the display is easy to read with my old eyes. I may buy another or maybe look for a rechargeable one. Batteries on this last about 2 months using it briefly about once a day.

Product was exactly as described and the scale performed flawlessly! Highly recommend!

It is not fully accurate there is 0.05 to 0.1 fraction.In general it is good and handy
