Okay these lights are really cool! I looked everywhere for solar rope lights but a lot of places don’t have them in store yet. Ollie’s had some but nowhere near this length and higher priced. I have a wishing well that I light up in the summertime but I hate having to plug something in or physically go turn it on and off. So solar is what I go for. These are bright but a nice warm light. Great price. Length is perfect and flexible for what I needed it for. The rope lights seem to last longer than the string lights.

Nice string lights, long enough to decorate my gazebo, easy yo operate. Good quality. Exactly what I was looking for. I would recommend purchasing them.

I am a sucker for fairy lights, Edison lighting, string lights…anything to transform my large backyard into a magical retreat. These rope lights are by far my favorite ever!! They are so easy to install, they are bright but not obnoxious, and I love the solar panel that keeps them charged and ready for use. They have withstood rain and sun and function beautifully! The lights are consistent from the power source all the way to the end and look amazing.

I almost thought I got a dud because mine would not turn on. The mode button would make a click sound every time I pressed it, but the power button did not and the lights did not turn on. Then one time I accidentally pressed it harder and it turned on!! So make sure to push down hard, even though the mode button doesn't need you to. Other than that, they work great. I've been having a few overcast, cloudy days and the lights will still turn on past 1am. i plan to put these in a planter and maybe use clips to hold it in place.

Not tangle resistant but the lights are nice with multiple modes, it was worth the money in my opinion, make sure let it charge for over a day for it to function properly, the lights are durable as the plastic rope around it protects it but they do bend up yet can be fixed easily.

These don’t work at all. They worked the first day I got them. The next day they didn’t turn on at all, despite the fact that the solar panel faces South and gets direct light all day. One night I went out and turned them on manually and they turned on but were dim. Now they won’t turn on at all. Total dud.

I got these to liven up a tree I have in my front yard. Love that it’s solar so I don’t have to run an extension cord to it! Looks great and the perfect brightness to help liven up the front yard at night.

There are some positives to these lights, but also some moderate problems or difficulties.First, the lights aren't really a rope light style. It's mini fairy lights in a plastic sheath - they don't provide the brightness or thick lighting that the images appear to show.Second, the solar attachment/controller has two buttons on the bottom. One turns them on, and then you can leave that on. The other is the mode, changing twinkling patterns and such. The on/off button toggle is pretty far embedded in the piece that at first I just thought it was broken and didn't work. You need to press down pretty far, so far that if you turn it off and on regularly, the button will likely fatigue or break.Beyond that, the lights are decent. They turn on automatically with the sunset and are consistent. It's a nice accent, but not exactly an item that provides functional light for an area.
