Its a great piece of tech. Brand is Anker, so reputable. Its been used for few months, and i cant live without it. Battery lasts ages, washing and vacuuming works amazing. No spots left, its quite quitet. Maps are accurate, repeatable and consistent. It recognizes carpets well, altought edges of carpet with hard floor tend to be undervaccumed - but this is a small issue to be honest. its not massive, and base is quite good looking so doesnt interrupt. You can share usage between few family members in app, which is very clean and easy to use.I still receive updates, and they change alot in App and in device, so support is there. Great purchase, and much better than any roomba you can get not.

I've had two of these renewed and both have arrived with missing parts such as spare filters and brushes as well as the cleaning tool. They can be scratched and dirty when they arrive. For the extra cash it might be worth buying new, especially if you will have to fork out for missing accessories.The vac itself is very good for the age of the tech and you can see why it bolstered Eufy's profile when they launched it. I was skeptical before trying but it's very convenient for light daily cleaning.

Brought this December 2022 we absolutely love it, we have got it on a timer, it picks up a lot, we use it upstairs and it doesn’t fall down the stairs due to the sensor on it and does a great job.

Came incomplete, cleaning tray missing a part which means the whole main unit won’t work

I have purchased 4 robot vacuums from Amazon within 2 weeks to test out. I returned all but this one. It was the only one that doesn’t have App support. That is a big plus in my book.None of the other vacuums from Lefant, veedee , yeedee, STD or whatever they are called, consistently held on to Wi-Fi signal. Oh and should i mention the inability to pair with 5ghz. A right palaver!This robot is compact, has a well featured remote, boost iq and a very good size collection bin.It is not a self-emptier, a mop or a teas-maid but it is bloody good at what it is designed for. I have a pretty large house - no bragging rights- but this machine handles easily with one charge. I bought refurbished at well under £100. A great buy and hopefully the end of a frustrating but informative search for this new household device. Oh and i challenge you not to give it a name!

My floor has never been cleaner! I have 3 children so there's always lots of crumbs but with this little guy the children are happy to help clean up. He's now got goggly eyes and has become our new pet 😂

Great machine, does a good job even with pet hair on hard flaws, however we live in Portugal and it won't work in bright sunshine. The sensors simply cut out. So we'll go out leaving 'George' to do his stuff, come home and he's sitting pathetically bleating in by the window. So we can only put him on later in the day on when it's not sunny. This does seem to be a ridiculous flaw for an otherwise efficient machine.
