Connectivity and features
Don't Buy this product. Replaced and returned twice and had a bad experience ever. The ear buds are disconnected automatically every 6 minutes and turns off. While connecting my mobile to wifi network earbud's touch feature misbehaved that is pause/play, google assistance on and experienced severe glitches in the sensor. Sometimes volume up and down, muted in between playback are the regular issues of this product. While watching the movie somthing from the above will interrupt for sure. After returning for replacement, the defective product was delivered successfully.

Build quality and buds fix for charge is issue.
Issue to charge buds in case properly, build quality not so good, some time buds not charge in the case. Mic quality so poor, speakers are quite good, but sound is average. Suggest for look better choice.

It is a very bad product..........I have recieved this package and used it for 2 months,and now one side earbud is not working

Not worth the money.
I had good experience with other amazon basics earbuds but this model is not worth the money, when it's says noise cancelling I thought it will be good but it's literally cancelling noise, can't hear anything and absolutely no bass as well when in the description it says good bass.Really disappointed with this product. Really not worth this much while other model of Amazon basics are good.If anyone seeing this, you can check other models of Amazon basics but this is not good.
