Defective Product Twice, But Excellent Amazon Service
REVIEW FROM SOUTH AFRICA! I would recommend being cautious and avoiding purchasing this fragrance from this specific seller based on my experience. I was very disappointed with my experience purchasing Q by Dolce & Gabbana Eau de Parfum. The original perfume I received appeared defective, so I requested a replacement. Unfortunately, the replacement had the exact same issues. The liquid was a dark brown color instead of the usual light pink shade, which immediately raised concerns about the product’s quality and condition. The fragrance itself was also extremely weak and faded almost immediately after applying it. It did not smell as this perfume normally should and lacked the strength, freshness, and quality expected from the brand. Both bottles seemed either improperly stored, old stock, or potentially not authentic. I opened the package shortly after delivery and noticed the problem immediately. After experiencing the same issue twice, I no longer felt confident in receiving another replacement and requested a refund instead. That being said, Amazon’s customer service was exceptional throughout the process. The support team was responsive, helpful, and handled the replacement quickly and professionally, which I really appreciated. Overall, while the product itself was disappointing, the service from Amazon was excellent.
