Pleased with this product, good quality, good for keeping children sheltered from the sun

Does what it says - great product

This is a great product if you're sensitive to the sun. I didn't find it too heavy (I was worried about weight), but as others have mentioned, it is tough to put down. I just put the end on the ground and pushed into it. It's very attractive with the silver outside repelling the sun and the pale blue inside like a cloud. Note: Whatever coating these parasols use, they all smell fishy. You can air it and spray perfume all you like, but after you've packed it up then unpacked it, it smells fishy again. I only noticed it when first opening, then the smell waned and didn't bother me.

Excellent quality UV umbrella, i ordered this umbrella to help protect my little ones from harmful UV rays and so far it works amazingly. The umbrella arrives fairly compact with it's on protection case. The handle has a built in switch to extend the umbrella and once fully extended the umbrella feels solid and very secure which i believe is due to the fibreglass umbrella shaft.The UV reflecting exterior works very well accompanied by the blue inside which i feel has a cooling effect. The umbrella is also very light too making it easy to carry around and take out and about with you. Given it's build quality and UV reflecting properties, it offers excellent value for money.

Bought this sun umbrella for an Italian holiday with a lot of outdoor walking. Second day of holiday, umbrella did not retract, instead it sprung back and knocked my two front veneers out, breaking the teeth underneath including the roots. Teeth can't be saved and I've got to have expensive implants. This caused me horrendous pain and stress on holiday and having to spend the rest of the holiday with no front teeth. This could have been worse, it could have been my eye! Have been unable to contact Zomake. Am awaiting a return call from Amazon hoping this can be resolved. Frances Brown

The media could not be loaded. The ZOMAKE Compact UV Protection Umbrella is a little heavy and does require shaking out on first use as the material used for the canopy likes to stick to itself. The mechanism activates very quickly, firing the canopy open in no time providing, again providing you shake the fabric open firstThat material of the canopy is thick and does a great job of blocking out the sun, the silver finish on the outer surface helping to reflect any heat. The canopy isn’t massive, average for a personal umbrella which is fine for me.The build quality is as least as good as I would expect given the price, no complaints here.
