It works fine!!! However I ordered a phone to use with Verizon and when I turned this phone on it said AT&T on the display. I was a bit ticked off for sending the wrong phone and about to return it when my daughter took the sim out of my old phone and put it in this one and it came up as Verizon, so it all worked out OK.....

UNFAIR RESTOCKING FEE.
UNFAIR RESTOCKING FEE. The phone was in excellent condition yet it would drop the network signal consistently. I was unable to make calls out or take calls. I also had issues with audio and apps dropping signals. I returned the phone and the seller charged me a $379.99 restocking fee. The seller said the return phone had a screen lock and I wouldn't get a refund until I send them my security screen lock pattern code. I informed the seller that I had factory reset the phone twice before sending it back. After communicating with seller I went into the accounts I used to set up that phone and it showed that I didn't install a pattern lock on that phone. It also showed that I was signed out from all activity on that phone. Seller has refused to refund me the $379.99.

Like a brand-new Phone!
This is the 2nd renewed phone I've bought and both have been like new phones. This S24 is an upgrade to and S22. None of my problems have been with the physical phone but with Android's unwillingness to support some legacy programs. That's on Android, not Samsung. One of my favorite random-organizing apps has been MemoPad, the iconic yellow and brown look-alike to legal pads.Unfortunately, Samsung's alternative is the 4-platform Notes and there is no direct conversion of memos to notes. I had to go through the process of converting each memo to a note and then allowing the 2 phones to synch it to the new one. This was a VERY long process and took days using all kinds of spare moments until it was done. I can work with Notes, and it has some good features, but the transfer from PC to Notes doesn't seem to work.Of course, despite the auto transfer program between the old and new phone being quite easy most of the apps require re-signing in again.The ONLY real complaint is that Samsung changed the architecture JUST enough, totally unnecessarily, so that my old Otter box and replacement screen shields won't fit, even though the phones are pretty much the same size.I should point out that the fingerprint recognition SW on the S24 is FAR superior to the S22, which worked better than Apple's (which they have abandoned solely to have face recognition), but still was weak. The physical reader on the S10 was fool-proof, but it didn't support 5G or dual SIM chips.So far, once Notes was completed, the only problem is STILL having to enter passwords all over again, and setting up fingerprint recognition again as well. Ironically, on the S22, app-specific fingerprint recognition worked FAR better than on the login screen.

Brown slime around the camera's metal part
Phone just arrived, the package it came in was bare minimal literally bubble wrap and charger, my phone had weird brown sludge around the camera rings which I had to wipe off with a paper towel. Kind of gives me low confidence they opened it and cleaned things. I still am currently charging it, will update this review when I actually start using it. So far not impressed.**Update**After trying it out for a few days, the phone works and does everything it needs to. Switching my sim worked but I have T mobile so not sure for other network providers. Despite the weird brown crusted stuff around the rings on my camera, I just scraped it with sim pin that was given and wiped it with alcohol wipe. After putting on a case and tempered glass protector the phone felt like new. If the phone was received completely clean it would of gotten 5 stars.

Bought in January 2025 everything is A1
No problems after 2 months of purchasing phone. I got the black & it came in 3 days as promised. 5 stars given due to camera, space, price, time received item, and battery time. I did buy a case, which came with a screen protector so I'm not sure on scratch resistance.
