Great product. I ordered a separate, similar necklace from Etsy that was $10 more. This one was better quality. The faux leather cord is of adequate length, but it requires you to tie & untie it to put it on. This is a better feature than a clasp, because you can adjust the length for a proper fit based on your preference.

My 11 year old loves it! She attached a compass to it- couldn't tell you why- and the chord is still holding strong. If your kid is a percy Jackson fan then this is an affordable option.
