The pliers work great, but I've cut myself on the joint a number of times. Take out a file and smooth out those sharp edges.

I had a specific problem where I needed something with a longer reach than the pliers I had. These were long enough but didn't quite grab what I was reaching for. Regardless, I know I'll find a use for them. They're narrower than any of my current ones and will work for a lot of things I've been using tweezers or hemostats for. Bonus: they have a spring.
