Jabra does it again!
O absolutely love these buds. I'm a fan of Jabra products and this one does not disappoint. They fit great! Very light weight. The hear-through feature is even better than the previous generation. The sound is AMAZING!!! I DEFINITELY recommend them!! Definitely worth the price.

Comfortable with good ANC and Mic
I really like Mic of those for phone calls. Those are comfortable to be used for an hour or two, so I had no issues to use it in 3H flight, while nice ANC.The battery life is also very good, while small footprint for but buds and the case. Those works with multiple devices at once, useful for connecting at the same time to a laptop and smartphone, that doesn't require disconnect from one to use with another device. The sound quality is also good, while this isn't my primary use case.I like those after a few months usage.

Incompatible with iPhone 16
Does not work properly with the iPhone 16. Two issues. 1) Pairs with the iPhone but does not connect. Getting the earbuds to connect requires manually going into Bluetooth settings and selecting the earbuds. 2) Will not answer incoming voice calls. Incoming calls default to the phone even though they've been answered by the ear buds. You must select the ear buds as the preferred audio source in the active call.Reported the first problem to Jabra's technical support. After three different attempts to explain the problem and confirm troubleshooting steps were unsuccessful, Jabra admitted to a defect. It has been promised to be fixed in an upcoming firmware release. Jabra, however, refuses to commit to a timeline when the release and bug fix will happen.Terrible product and support experience by a company that's supposed to be a leader in the voice space. Shame on Jabra for releasing a broken product as a premium experience and then not backing it up with superior support.

The Best Earbuds I've Ever Owned
These are the real deal, best, highest quality sound, total lightweight comfort and sturdy product. I swear that I will keep these in the best possible condition, since Jabra is exiting the commercial earbud market. It sounds so clear, the bass is so crisp, the sound is so balanced, the Active Noise Canceling is perfect, and they can remain in my ears without causing any fatigue or discomfort. I have always loved Jabra earbuds, and I was worried about replacing my 85t pair of earbuds for these. But this was the best purchase I made in a long time. I use these for everything, all day, every day. I am on the phone, I am on video calls and conferences on my computer, and I listen to streaming shows and music between all of that. All day, my phone and my computer are paired and connected to the earbuds and they operate totally flawlessly when there's an incoming call, and then back to the streaming show from the computer, and then onto a MS Teams call, all without any intervention from me,, it's seamless. I have used the spatial sound feature a couple of times, but I believe this would probably be a good feature maybe for gamers or something (?) .. nonetheless, it is amazing how it keeps the sound pointed from the direction of the source of the sound. PLUS you can use ONE of the earbuds while the other remains in the case. And you can use EITHER ONE.... in my 85t's I could only use the right earbud independently. But these, you can use either right or left. Just total perfection.10/10, 5⭐, two👍🏻, all of the best ratings for these Jabra Elite 10 Gen 2 Wireless Earbuds with Dolby Atmos Spatial Sound.

Comparing to my Bose quiet comfort 2
These are ok, but not what I wanted really. They are ok and I would give 3.5 stars but not 4. The things I like are that they are flat in your ears and the case is slim and the light indicators for case vs. buds are both independent and intuitive and functional. App integrates well and they will grab my Bluetooth AFTER I put ear buds in, but forget to turn on Bluetooth on phone, then turn on Bluetooth, then they grab and connect regardless of order of operations (which my previous Bose quiet comfort 2 would not do). The ear bud controls are pretty intuitive and easy to memorize and are a physical button press (vs. touch sensitive touch like Bose). My problem is that the ANC is not as good and the rubber ear cups aren't as good as Bose. I have smaller than average ears for 6 tall 165lb man (not tiny ears, but not these huge elephant ears some guys have) yet I tried every single size of jabra rubber ear inserts provided and had to wear the XL (largest) cup size to get any kind of slightly snug fit that would block any sound via the physical material without ANC on. It makes no sense to not use basic noise blocking via good thicker rubber ear cups, then add ANC tech to that for a total sound block/cancel result (which is how my Bose worked). When I put in my bose quiet comfort 2 earbuds I would immediately get a significant sound block just from using them as an ear plug. THEN, when I turned on the technology based noise reduction technology I would get a really high-end result of total blocking of noise. However, with these Jabra earbuds they don't fit well and snug in the ear and I can tell by feeling of the rubber cups that they are made of thin cheap rubber that is not going to block sound very well as opposed to the Bose rubber which was thicker and heavier and more rubbery and it just stuck in my ear better and grabbed my skin better. These Jabra cups are kind of slick rubber - almost like they're powdered rubber and they won't grab a hold of your skin so they just kind of sit in your ear with a gap around the canal. So, naturally the noise reduction technology cannot keep up with the fact that you're just sitting basically in an open room without a total blocking of your ear canal at all. I would have never bought these except for I had bought two pairs of the Bose QuietComfort 2 ones, which are very expensive and both broke. The first pair got ruined by a single drop of water because they had no water resistance and then the second pair just quit working by themselves after a few months. The left one started clicking and popping in my ear when the battery goes below 80% so you could only get 15 or 20 minutes of use until the clicking and popping started and made you want to scream and jump off a bridge. So I still have that pair but I can only use them for 15 or 20 minutes till the clicking and popping starts in the left ear. I would have ordered more bose but I was so mad at them for not supporting their product twice in a row and not having a warranty or anything that I bought jabra. I'll keep these and use them. They're okay but what I want is some that actually worked good like Bose, but were actually high quality enough to actually last and do the job for more than 6 months.
