As good as I expected it to be.
I like fun and novel things. This knife is definitely fun and novel. It's really sharp out of the box. So carry my pocket I took the pocket clip off and the thumb knob. It's easy to flip open. A little too easy out of the box. I tighten the pivot screw. It doesn't take very much to make a difference. I sprayed some dry lube at the pivot point and just at the screw in and out until I like the flip action. I made it slightly stiff so it doesn't just fall open but it definitely flips open with some force. There are some reviews on here complaining about the blade. Some reviews saying the paint seems like it will chip off. I do not agree that it is a cheap paint job. It's an adequate paint job. The blade is thick. Not flexible. I like the color it's pretty bright. Haven't used it enough to know if the blades actually going to hold up. But I have cut several things and it will cut.

Honest review
Pretty heavy but in a good well constructed way, the knife was a little dirty had some grease stain but I just wipe it off. The spring assist is smooth, the size is good and fits very well in the hand. The safety is also good it's hard to open at first but when you put enough force it open very smoothly it definitely will not open on its own. The color is as described.

whimsical without being a toy
HEAVY. All steel, blade, liners, scales. Heavy and solid, antithetical to the whimsy of the ice cream and candy appearance. I read the exact specs on its length, but somehow my mind couldn't quite imagine it clearly because of the pink and blue theme; my mind imagined it a bit smaller, 'toy-ish' you know. But it's not. It's not a top-of-the-line super high quality knife. But it's solid and OK quality. Especially for the price. Fun!

CUTE
Cute, functional, and SHARP! Little on the heavy side but I don't mind it.

Fun Gift, But Too Heavy for Practical Use
I picked up this 7-inch pocket knife with the donut print as a gift for someone who had never owned a pocket knife before. For that purpose, it works fine—it’s quirky, eye-catching, and definitely a conversation starter. That said, it’s way too heavy for everyday carry. The weight makes it feel more like a novelty item than a practical tool. For the price, it’s okay, but anyone who’s serious about knives or collects them should probably look elsewhere. It’s a fun gift and a decent intro knife, but not something I’d recommend for regular use or to anyone who knows their way around a blade.

This is NOT D2 STEEL, AND SOFT AS BUTTER.
There is no way this is D2 steel, I sharpened them both and the wear resistance of this steel is absolutely terrible, like 3cr13mov and it's ran crazy soft. I would be willing to bet this steel is no higher than 52hrc, it literally felt like I was sharpening annealed steel not hardened steel. There is no possible way this is D2, this is some China alphabet soup steel like 3cr13mov or some 420a analog and ran so soft it's like sharpening play dough. Absolutely terrible, I do not like it when China knife companies say it's this steel and it's most definitely not that steel but something of far less performance. Both of these knives went from hair whittling edges I put on them to not being able to cleanly slice paper within 20 one foot long cuts of light card board and that's absolutely TERRIBLE edge retention. You would get that much edge retention from a sharpened piece of aluminum lol. I put a 400 grit edge on one and a mirror edge on the other, these was gifts for my two besties for valentines day. They aren't gonna ever use them much anyhow so it's whatever but don't companies shouldn't tell us it's this steel or that steel just to get sales when it's most definitely bottom of the barrel China steels. The detent is nonexistent it's almost like it doesn't even have a detent so it's super spongy and doesn't snap open.. The lock up on the lock bar is good so at least there's that but worst of all this thing weighs like 6oz, it's heavy heavy heavy for what it is lol.For the price it's a cute object BUT as a cutting tool it's pretty much of no value.
