For the most part, this is a nice eye mask that will help to soothe the eyes. It offers three different temperatures of heat, all of which are safe and comfortable. Personally, I prefer the hottest of the settings, but be aware that it doesn't really get all that hot. Just hot enough to offer a nice layer of heat along the eye area, but not so hot that it would cause any sort of discomfort or damage. The thermostat is set for appropriate levels of eye heating. The material is soft and the mask itself is padded which makes it much more comfortable. Easy to fall asleep while wearing. If you open your eyes, you might see a tiny bit of light seeping in around the edges, but I think most of us would just keep our eyes shut anyway while wearing. I know that's what I do. The heat is timed so that it will automatically turn off on you, so no worries about getting too much heat, especially if you fall asleep. Honestly though, I do wish that it offered a longer timer because that time goes by fast. The only reason that I deducted one star is because the battery life isn't all that great. Seems I'm always having to recharge the thing. Do be aware that it arrives with no charge, so it won't work until you've charged it up. So give yourself plenty of time to get it ready for wearing. Then relax and enjoy.

I’m not a fan of this mask. I think there are various areas for improvement. This is the one my eye dr recommended, that is the reason for my purchase. What others have said about heat is all true, and also the charging time. However I don’t like the fit at all! I can’t figure out what the extra 2 down angled curves are for. It would make sense if they fit over your ears for added security from slipping, but they are positioned way to far forward. Also the graphite heated lenses are not flexible, so the only way I can really get them to touch my eyelids is if I put the top rim of the mask under my brow, allowing the eye pieces to get close enough to touch my eyelids. After 5 or 10 minutes of this it usually slips out of place or just gets uncomfortable. I have even used hair clips to try to hold it in place, but that didn’t help either. If anyone else has had these issues and has come up with a solution, please let me know! I am considering returning and getting A wired one. Hopefully one that fits. Maybe different sizes of this one would be helpful?

If you suffer with styes, dry eyes, or just generally enjoy relaxing after a long day, this eye mask is for you. It comes with a cord for charging meaning it's easily packable for on the go use. Additionally, the heat setting is adjustable. However, I find the high setting is still quite moderate and have never had an issue with it being too hot or burning. The mask has a built in timer and will shut off after a period of use, but you can turn it back on right away. It wipes clean easily after use also.

I have extremely dry eyes after having lasik 14 years ago and one suggestion was to use heated eye masks. I already sleep with an eye mask every night, and found this one to be a bit less comfortable due to the battery pack and large button. It's not full black out, but really close (light leak around the nose). I plugged in the mask and let it stay plugged in all day. At bedtime I put it on the highest setting (red light) and it warmed quickly and felt nice on. Unfortunately, it did not stay turned on. I am unsure if how I was lying bumped the button but it kept turning off. I've tried other heated masks before, but they are all corded, which is difficult when sleeping. I am going to keep troubleshooting on this one because I like the cordless option...

The graphene nano heating film inside this eye mask provides a quick and even surface heating against my forehead and it is quite relaxing. The mask is light weight, and the material feels soft on the skin. Comparing this product to other hot compresses, I like that it’s rechargeable with a C cable, easy to bring along to places and the heat is distributed evenly. There’re 3 levels of temperature, for me personally I find that high/ red color on power button being soothing and not overly hot. It turns off after 30 minutes for safety. The downside of the product is that it isn’t water proof, and you cannot wash the product in water, nor fold or rub it harshly. On one side of the mask you’ll feel a little area where it’s bulging inside, perhaps the little control box. Nothing major I suppose, since it’s not advised to use the heating mode during long night of sleep. I do see a current coupon being offered and that would make it a fair deal to try this product.

Mine needed to be charged when I opened it as it was fully dead. Comes with a USB to USB-C cord, but no block. Power button where you also plug cord into got hot charging in my wall outlet extender USB port. Heats rather quickly. Helpful light indicator to let you know what level of heat is on and also if it's charging. I wish the velcro was a little longer as it fit my head a bit largely to where I needed to put it tighter but only an inch or so of velcro fit on that tight setting. Not completely black out, guess it depends on your eyes and nose placement and spacing but I could see the floor when looking down my nose while wearing. Not meant to be used for hours on end so not ideal for sleeping, especially since there is a rather large battery back on the right side.

MY ⭐️RATINGS: 4⭐️- I would recommend it as the one to get. It took about 3 hours to charge completely. I use this mask because I occasionally have clogged tear ducts. It comes with having Sjogren’s Syndrome, which is dry eyes, mouth, and nose. This mark helps keep my eyes from becoming overly dry and causing tear duct issues. Easy to operate. It is nothing fancy; just long press the on/off button and choose a level. RED is HIGH, YELLOW is MEDIUM, and GREEN is LOW. The material is much better than others I have tried; it’s soft on the skin around my eyes. This Cordless Heat Eye Compress is as advertised, well-made, and works well. The PRICE is in the usual range.
