I purchased Zen basil seeds on Amazon and have really enjoyed them. I usually add them to my yogurt instead of drinks, and they mix in really well after soaking. They add a nice texture and a boost of fiber, which makes my snacks feel more filling and nutritious. The seeds expand nicely and are easy to prepare. The packaging was good, and the product arrived fresh. Overall, this is a simple but healthy addition to my daily routine that I would recommend.

This is an excellent product. I have struggled with constipation off and on for years and tried lots of natural fiber products. The Zen basil seeds are the most effective and palatable I have tried. I mix about one tablespoon with water each morning, pop it in the fridge and later in the day mix it with some more water and drink it. It is practically tasteless. It produced no bloating or any kind of discomfort. I have been using it daily now for about six months and now on subscribe and save making it very convenient.

Absolutely amazing for getting your extra fiber for the day. I switched from chia seeds to these. Quality is amazing and the fact that it is completely clean of any toxic ingredients is an extra bonus. A family member turned me on to these. I wont go back to chia again. I use these in my protein shakes and in my yogurt. They don't add any flavor, just good health benefits. I'm hoping this company stays independent!! Excellent product

These gel faster than chia seeds and have more soluble fiber. No flavor or scent. Great for basil seed pudding, but absolute goop in a smoothie, so I stick with chia for those (variety is good anyway). Usually I mix them a couple tablespoons with plain Greek yogurt or skyr and a little almond milk to get the consistency I like, and have fun with the toppings.

These are wonderful and were recommended by a trusted friend. I had heard of chia seeds before, but basil seeds are packed with so much more of what I needed. And it is super easy. I just add a teaspoon full to a glass of water (8oz-12oz) and for extra hydration, I add a small scoop of hydration powder. I do this in the morning before I eat anything else. Start my day with the essentials that I need, including hydration, and it really does keep me going steadily for the day. I'm no medical expert, just sharing that adding this to my daily rhythm has been wonderful for me.

DUDE. DUDE. I swear to you on all that is holy. This will change the way you go. And by go I mean number 2. I struggle with constipation and stomach issues and these are the holy grail. I've never such great solid poos and I'm almost 30 so yall know it's not easy with all the processed foods that are a reality in the U.S. I just lit it sit in my water for 15 min and drink/chew them. They don't taste like anything. They're GREAT. Shout out to this company for looking out for our health!

These things are amazing! Keep you full and help with digestion. I wish you got more for the price, but overall a good product.

High quality. Great in cottage cheese or yogurt. They hydrate like chia so beware if you are new to basil seeds. These are fantastic for fiber!
