This product seems to made entirely from organic natural ingredients. Both my wife and I found that the eucalyptus and camphor smells seemed to dominate the scents of the other floral oils. It is a stimulating scent rather than a relaxing scent for me.The directions say to tilt your head back and put 2-3 drops in each nostril. For me this is probably too much oil in my nose. I my own case, when I returned my head to a normal position, the oil ran down from nose down to my lips. The scent was too strong for my myself. I think this would be a good scent to use just a touch under the nose for refreshment.My wife says: "My body says "good natural stuff, but too strong for me."

This is a great product. I only recently learned about nasya oil. 100% natural oils, so I'm not putting chemicals in my nose, but it works very well to comfort and soothe nasal tissue.

I used Nasya years ago, but got out of the practice. I recently read an article reminding me of the benefits. I decided to try this one and I love it!! I use it at bedtime and feel like it has helped improve my sleep quality. I also use it when I need to unwind or ground. It smells amazing.

Helped me with dryness in the winter while sleeping. The herbal component is relaxing, too.
