This arrives in a plain brown box with the brush head in a plastic bag. It was undamaged and in good shape.The brush itself is extremely nice and would be gentle on wheels, and make cleaning in between the spokes much easier. This is why I got it as that is what I have the most difficulty with. Not anymore!I doubt I would need to bend the brush but supposedly you can, meaning there must be metal inside the plastic tubing which serves as the core of this product. This is a good thing as it would add significant strength to the handle. It seemed perfectly fine when I used it.The grip is a softer foam rubber, with a hard rubber splash guard that slides on the plastic tubing. I do not think the splash guard is really necessary as your hands are going to get wet anyway. I may remove it in the future.So I do like it. I like that it is very soft and won't hurt the rims on the car, and that it will make cleaning the rims easier, thus reducing the time and effort to do it.

This is an okay brush. It's highly absorbent, but the problem is that the brush does not detach from the handle, so cleaning it is a hassle.
