It holds its shape well and fits easily in a standard oven, making it perfect for home bakers.Cleanup is quick most times, if your dough is proofed well then you are likely to require no sticking or scrubbing, especially if you use a light dusting of flour or parchment. The pan usually fits four medium-sized baguettes and keeps them from rolling around while proofing or baking.Only downside is it can warp slightly at very high heat, but this hasn’t affected baking results in my experience. Overall, it’s a great tool for anyone looking to step up their bread game and bake more professional-looking loaves at home.

Easy to get crispy baguettes!
Made crispy delicious sourdough baguettes with ease the first try with this. Good quality but could bend easily with all the perforations to allow air flow. Easy to clean and a good price.

These Pans Are Great...
I read through the reviews, before using my pan, and there was one review that stood out the most and I followed their recommendations on what to do before using the pan. And it worked great.A little bit about me...I've been baking for over 50 years, but this was my first time ever making french bread. The bread came out great and the pan worked superbly. Lol.... I'm glad I bought a 4 loaf pan because I didn't realize the recipe I was using was going to make 4 loaves. It said 2. Wow...were they wrong. But anyway, the pan worked awesome.I didn't have a problem with any of the coating coming off. But like I said, I followed the recommendations that Silver Surfer posted. They mentioned they're a professional baker and they recommended cleaning the pan with soap and water, using something soft. I used a sponge. Dried it off, for those who need absolute steps, then placing it in the oven at the highest temperature possible, for 10 minutes. I did as suggested and it worked great. I did let the pan cool down before placing the bread dough on it. I had no problems with anything silver being on my bread.The review from Silver Surfer had a lot of great information. I suggest finding it and reading what they wrote. It might help you with your pans.

Great product
I wish the product wasn’t as flimsy, but worked great! I sat mine on top of a pan just to have more leverage when transferring to and from the oven, and I think it was perfect. Definitely helped the dough stay in the shape, and perfect crunch around all sides.

Perfect Tool for the job! 100% Recommend
I'm new at baking bread, so this was my first attempt at baguettes. They came out perfectly using this pan! I'm also new at milling my own flour, so I had low expectations that this would turn out good, but omg! It's the best bread ever, and this pan did a great job at cooking evenly. The crust was golden brown (with egg wash) and the inside was soft and fluffy. So good! I might order more of these in the future if I ever need to make more than four loaves at once.
