I know that this is technically supposed to be used for workouts but I use it as a harness for runs with my dog and it holds amazingly! My dog is a PULLER when it comes to running and cani-cross harnesses are expensive so this was the next best thing and let me say it DOES THE JOB! Doesn’t strain my back since their is padding and the belt itself is thick. I also attached a bungee leash to the rings of the belt which I then attached my dog’s leash to and it’s the perfect make-shift harness I made lol! :) I use it on all of our runs!

Excellent! I use it as a hands-free leash belt while running with my large German Shepherd mix dog. Bought a clip-on poop bag holder and good to go. So much sturdier than belts made for running with a dog. And much more comfortable. A+

used as a replacement for a waist strap on a cotopaxi allpa 35L. worked wonderfully! and very good for the price!

This is perfect for my 14 year old daughter whose waist is 24 inches.

Nothing more than a 2" wide belt with a piece of foam attached. Absolutely no back support. It would only extend out long enough for me to put on my 34" waist if i sucked in, then it was quite tight. Loops might do as advertised, but thats not what something described as a "weight lifting belt" should only do.

It’s great that it’s adjustable and the d clips can also be moved around.
