Sturdy and light
I liked this so much that I came back and bought a second one for some color variety. I have been using these leashes for almost a year now. They are so much lighter than previous leashes I have used. I think my dog appreciates the lighter weight too as I attach it to her collar.The in-line poo bag pocket is genius and makes for comfortable hand padding with how I hold the leash. It has saved us more than once. This exact exchange has happened multiple times: “Wtf! Why did she poop AGAIN? We didn’t bring a second poo bag!!”“Wait there’s one in the leash!!!”“NICE”Caveats:- My dog is 35lb, is usually loose leash walking, and this leash feels very secure. However if your dog is much heavier, you probably need something more substantial- I haven’t been able to clean the fabric completely from dirt/being dragged on asphalt (warm soapy water will brighten the fabric but not get you all the way)

Lightweight is an understatement
When they said light weight they weren't kidding it's so insanely light it feels like I'm not even holding anything! Perfect for long walks and hiking heck even training. I highly recommend this brand they are an amazing company.

Durable
The media could not be loaded. This leash is durable and very well built. There is small pocket you can put poo bags in. It fits about 4 bags.

Not great for pullers
The media could not be loaded. I bought this shorter lightweight leash for hiking because I often hike in off leash areas and got tired of carrying her bulky 6ft leash around. It’s easy to wash and I love that it has a hidden poop bag pocket that has saved me more than once.The cons of this leash is this hook. It’s not convenient or easy to snap on and off and IMO is a little bit overkill.Also another note, this leash is NOT good for dogs that pull. My dog pulls hard during walks and this isn’t the right leash for that. I finally caved and bought her a gentle lead, which has made our walks so much more enjoyable. I’m now able to use this leash during our city walks with ease.

Exactly what I wanted
Our old leash was clunky and heavy (normal 6ft leash). This is light as a feather and can fold up into a small purse or even your pocket. The 4ft length is also perfect for us. My ONLY wish is that the clip was easier to use. Sometimes it takes way too long to get on and off her collar.

Ruffware, always super quality
We have used Ruffware products for years for both big and small dogs. They are built to last! Great engineering, materials, and construction. After years they are good as new after a wash in the washing machine (use lingerie bag). The handle is padded and the latch is built to last. Highly recommended!
