These products definitely get the job done. My hair was super frizzy and was getting worse, partly from humidity but also because of texture changes with graying and also from sub-par products. It was very simple to follow the instructions and get great results. What I didn't expect was the smell and fumes that irritated my respiratory system when ironing/sealing in the product. I have sensitive eyes and skin. My eyes teared up and I had some redness along the neckline. Both cleared up quickly but it surprised me. Even with that, I'm pleased with the results. My hair is smooth and straight after washing, even without blow drying or straightening. I have enough product remaining to do several more treatments. It beats the time and expense of going to a salon.

I purchased this product since it is the one my stylist use but I found out that if you planing on applying yourself is not really going to be the best result.

I have used this product before _ Eco one, and it has softened the hair and made it more manageable. But this particular one once you start to apply the treatment starts to sting the scalp, then the fumes were so strong that our eyes were burning and tears running down our eyes that we couldn’t see. This is even before we put any heat on it. I really want to finish the process I started to blow dry the hair but the fumes were so strong that I felt like I couldn't breath and had to open the window. I stopped the treatment.it was to painful for both of us. I don't know if it was a doggy batch or that is how it's meant to be, but I will not use this version again.
