These Kashan Mint Flakes pack a punch of clean, aromatic flavor that instantly upgrades salads, soups, and even meat marinades. The dried mint is finely crushed but still holds that bold garden-fresh scent. It’s especially great in Mediterranean dishes or for adding a cooling herbal note to sauces. I do wish the flakes were just a little less powdery, but overall, it’s a quality seasoning that brings a refreshing twist to everyday meals. Definitely a pantry staple!

These are great! They are very flavorful, and while I agree with the other reviewers who said they can be a little on the dry side if not soaked first, it does not take long to soften them. It depends what you're putting them in, too. I'm pretty lazy, so I have not done any pre-soaking. If you're slow-cooking something that retains heat, like a thick sauce, the leeks will get soft enough without extra help. A short soak in hot water should also be enough before adding them to something quicker cooking.

Not as much flavor as other brands. Also, there are LOTS of thin stems that do not soften when cooked so I have to spend some time sorting through the leaves to remove the stems. Would not buy again.
