The days when I used to choose shoes because I liked how they looked or because they were easy to slip on quickly and dash out the door are behind me, sadly. Now I not only have to choose the “correct” shoes, but I also have to add good quality inserts to help with my plantar fasciitis. I’ve discovered a couple of brands that work well for me, but the EASYFEET Plantar Fasciitis Relief Insoles looked really promising to me, so I wanted to give them a try. I wanted to see how they compared to the inserts I had been using.The sizes are pretty accurate, I didn’t have to trim them to fit them into my athletic shoes. Had I been placing them in boots or another kind of shoe I might have had to trim just a bit off the end. Initially I only put one in one shoe so I could do a side-by-side comparison to my other brand. I was impressed, they provided a good amount of support but were also very comfortable. The arch is slightly higher than my other brand, but not by much, and it certainly wasn’t too high. The cushioning under the ball of the foot may have been a bit spongier, but it was actually very similar. I do believe EASYFEET has a firmer, more supportive heel cup. It’s not too hard and uncomfortable like some I’ve tried, but you can definitely feel the support. It maintains your feet in the proper position. (In fact, I think these might be good for over-pronation. They felt like they might be able to give the needed support to keep the feet from leaning in.) Once I was convinced these had adequate support, I placed the insert in the other shoe and began my day.These insoles remained comfortable and supportive throughout the day. Whether I was working, standing or doing my daily steps, these inserts gave me the support I needed. My feet didn’t hurt at the end of the day from inadequate padding, nor did they feel achy and fatigued. The inserts performed very well.I can’t say how these will hold up in the long run. They look well made, but I’ve had others quickly fall apart, wear through or lose their support even though they looked to be of good quality. For now I’m very pleased with them, they’re working just as I need them to. These inserts are definitely nice quality and well made. They are easy to trim down to the correct size for your shoe. They have great grip on the bottom to keep them from sliding around in your shoe. I just found them to be a bit too much support for me. But I would definitely recommend them for those who do need the arch support that these offer.

These fit my 10.5 wide pull on shoes without needing to be cut.I probably should of cut a tiny amount off there's a tiny bump near the tips of toes but it doesn't bug me.The arch support and heel is very very noticeable it feels like you're walking in extra thick shoes and takes a few days to get use too.

I've got a pair of shoes that I like to wear on a regular basis but if I did so, I would be hobbled. These Easy Feet arch supports are a huge help in my remaining free from plantar fasciitis.The insoles are easy to trim - you just take out the insoles from your shoes to use as a measurement for where to cut on the replacement insoles so that they fit perfectly. There are lines indented around the edges so that you can cut along the template.The insoles have shock absorbers which help when you are on your feet all day. They also have a heel cup and a very stiff arch that keep my foot and heel supported in the right position, and pain-free. This is a big help because I can wear practically any shoe that I want to as long as I pop these insoles inside. Great support and great quality - Highly recommend.

My son put these in his shoes. They were easy enough to cut and fit. He said they hurt while he was sitting at his desk at work but they felt good when he was walking around.. not sure what to make of them. He's going to keep walking on them. They're not painful when he's sitting but they're uncomfortable.

Running around all day on concrete floors really makes my feet sore by the end of the day so when I saw these I ordered the sample to try. I take a size 13 sneaker and these fit just fine without any trimming. I found that the heel area has a nice silicone pad that I found very comfortable and also a second one near the palm of my foot which also provided quite a bit of cushioning to help relieve foot fatigue after a long day. The arch support for me anyways was a little bit too much but quickly gave way to a comfortable amount that fit my arch quite well. I think the inserts are a little expensive and I wish they spent less money on the packaging which was quite elaborate and overkill in my opinion.
