IBtrol really helps to create a regular bowel movement pattern, plus it seems to work well in making what comes out very mangeable, ie not much need for lots of wiping away, just plop and done! When I am consistent about using it, the flatulence I get decreases too, which is good news for those around the vicinity. I find it's easy to drink, so long as I do it as soon as the powder is mixed with water. The taste is fine. I am really happy to recommend this product.

This product works extremely well right from the first dose. It tastes terrible and you should be careful if you choke easily. Personally I choose to keep taking it because it works so well.

This thing tastes awful! I’ve never tasted anything worse. Imagine going to the beach. Grabbing a handful of sand putting it into a glass with water and adding three drops of orange juice. That what this looks and tastes like. I couldn’t even finish drinking it. And now I’m out almost $60. People should be able to get a refund when a product is not as advertised or mediocre at best. Do better Amazon!

This product calmed my gut down almost straight away, I have tried psyllium products before but this does seem to be much better with faster results. My gut feels normal again, I had forgotten how good that feels! I like the taste and it feels like good value for money as it is a big jar. I will definitely be buying again!

I couldn't drink this mixture. It's nasty and undrinkable. I don't recommend it. I can't return or get a refund.

Very neat 3 in 1 probiotic supplement, just mix 1 scoop (included) in water stir and drink, the powder doesn't actually dissolve, its becomes like a super thin gel, I am able to drink it without issue and the orange flavor is very pleasant which makes it enjoyable to drink, and I still enjoy it more than taking pills, so far this probiotic is easy on my system and agrees-well with no side effects, the container provides 60 servings, the directions are easy use 1 scoop for 7 days than increase to 2 scoops daily 8-hours apart if needed, as with any supplement it's difficult to notice change with short-term usage.Overall I highly recommend, pleasant flavor, great ingredients, sweetened using stevia, includes scoop, provides 60 servings.

It's fine, I haven't seen a difference yet but I have both Metamucil Orange flavor with pre-biotics and pro-biotics and they seem like the same formula only much cheaper and they have a no return policy.
