Very greasy I used it to decorate bobo balloon inside and it left a lot of stains an looks like the balloon is dirty

I purchased this for an event I'm having and tested it just to see how long my balloons would stay up. I blew up four balloons yesterday evening and they are still floating. I would definitely recommend purchasing this for any event.
