Sour Patch Kids were one of my biggest pregnancy cravings. I couldn’t get enough of that sweet and sour kick! I like my drinks strong, and this totally delivers. They also dissolve really well. The only time I had some clumps was when I was rushing and didn’t mix it as well as I should have.All in all, I’m super impressed. I've been using Liquid I.V. Firecracker (Popsicle) hydration multiplier for a few weeks and decided to give this Ghost Sonic Cherry Limeade a try as another flavor option. This one really hits the mark for me! It has a very strong cherry limeade flavor, and you don't taste the saltiness of the other ingredients like you typically notice in most hydration packs. It is a little too strong for a regular 16oz bottle of water in my opinion, and has a very sweet flavor when mixed at that ratio, so I usually put about half a packet in about 12-14oz of water to lighten it up a little. It seems to work well because I have been working outside building a tiny house in 110-115 degree heat and when I start to fade I will drink one of these and I am quickly ready to get back to it, and I'm 55 years old and not in the greatest shape.I would recommend this to anyone looking for a good tasting hydration mix that doesn't make you think you're drinking lightly flavored ocean water. I know there are a lot of brands and flavors out there to choose from, but if you're a fan of cherry limeades I'd give this one a try!

I have bought just about every flavor Ghost offers, including the ones in the tubs. I just picked up the new Ocean water as well when I reordered. All of these taste great, and are more or less the same flavor as the sour patch kids/etc. It's hard to tell the difference. After months of drinking the Cherry Limeade flavor, I did start to associate it with cherry cough syrup, but it is an artificial flavor, soooo... Still drinkable, but now that's what it makes me think of whenever I use that flavor. YMMV. I find that, using a 1qt bottle I am able to use about half of the packet per bottle and it's more than flavorful enough, and I personally find a whole packet for the same to be overwhelmingly strong. I also end up extremely thirsty if I guzzle a whole packet, so I usually use one packet per day to flavor two bottles of water (Don't tell Ghost! wouldn't want them to shrink the serving size!), and it stretches a while as a result. It took me almost 4 months to reorder, I was able to make to make three bags last that long.These are my go to when I've been out cooking in the wet blanket that is the Florida summer, and my chubby Coloradan self is dying of heatstroke. There's been more than one occasion that slamming a packet of this with two quarts of cold water has brought me back from being dehydrated and developing that heat casualty headache. Since it drives my thirst a bit harder too, I usually end up drinking even more water in addition. Awesome stuff!Definitely easy to overdo it with though. I would NOT recommend using these to just flavor your water if you're looking to do just that, there are other flavor options out there that won't throw your electrolytes out of balance. This is a sodium/potassium/electrolyte supplement and you CAN overdo it. If I use more than one a day, I find there's a noticeable increase in my Blood pressure. Use responsibly, otherwise you could very well end up hypernatremic, which isn't good for you either.

Love these. Great Cherry Limeade flavor. Mixes pretty well with water. Good hydration pack with decent nutrients and lower sodium then others. Decent amount of potassium and vitamin C as well. No sugar and very low ount of carbs.

On a medicine that requires tons of water this works great even while I’m working out to not consume as much water as I was but I don’t feel thirsty or dry mouth symptoms. Taste great and overall a great product that prevents dry mouth but you also drink WAY less water!

Highly recommend for anyone looking for a reliable way to stay hydrated. Product mixes well and tastes great.(cherry limeade)

These taste great but it’s literally impossible to break up all of the clumps. I can shake the water bottle for 5 minutes and there are still huge clumps of powder stuck at the bottom.
