Can anyone tell me please how to use the defrost options on this? I am usually pretty good with instructions but this one I just cant seem to get?

If you saw my previous answer, which I've deleted, apologies. It was not incorrect but there is a much simpler solution. After placing your stuff to defrost in the microwave, you press the "Time Entry" button. Then you choose the time by pressing the numbered buttons (for example, pressing 1, 1, 1, 1 would set the time as 11 minutes and 11 seconds) then press "Defrost 20%" then press "Start".

Can anyone advise if there is a release button on the handle to open the door? Or do you have to just pull it? Thanks

brand new, turn on and the fan runs constant? I guess this is faulty unit?! Please advise

The unit normally runs on after the programme has finished, but only for about a minute. Hope this helps.
