No it doesn't but Meguiar's Plastic works awesome. I use it on my motorcycle windshield and it works awesome on clearing up faded headlights.

I spray it on the black part of the motor and lower frame. Looks like new, lasts until I wash the bike. Works well. Used it for years.

This stuff works really great! Spray nozzle works like a charm & very easy to apply. Well worth the money. Great for applying on engine, primary case, battery cover, etc. . I’ve used this product on my Harley Davidson and it made my bike look brand new. Product has a slight chemical smell, but that is expected with any auto product.

If you got an older Harley with wrinkle black coating that has faded this stuff definitely brings some life back to it. Lasts a good while after application as well. Would definitely buy again.
